The people that came were very nice and the girl I spoke to on the phone, Lauren, was also very friendly

The communication is very good from Greenhome.
I’ve had numerous workmen in my house since the instal began and each one has been friendly and respectful of me and my home. They’ve carried out their jobs efficiently and tidily.

Before the installation process began I was quite apprehensive about the upheaval of it all versus the possible benefit of having the system installed. But I needn’t have worried as Mr Ethan Murray of Green Home Systems was so very helpful and guided me carefully and patiently through the whole process. When I had a hundred questions to ask, he politely and patiently answered each and every one - promptly and efficiently. Ethan was quick to reassure me and relieve me of any worries I may have had.
I was given a schedule of work with something happening on 4 days out of 5 working days. Each team of workers arrived on time and completed their work to a very high standard. Day 1 extractor fans were fitted, day 2 - electricians arrived and fitted top of the range storage heaters and panel heaters. Day3 was loft insulation but due to an oversight it was not required. Day 4 - solar panels, inverter and battery were installed. Each of the teams worked hard, were polite and courteous and made a good job of tidying up any mess.
I am delighted with my “solar system “ and already I am reaping the benefits.

Very poor experience engaging with this company.
I was given an appointment with one of there employees to carry out a survey on my property the rep did not show up for the appointment and never phoned to cancel the appointment.
The next day I received a message to arrange for the company to install there cavity wall insulation.
I replied and informed them that I did not give my permission for them to install cavity wall insulation as there Rep did not attend the scheduled meeting and I had not been contacted from either him or the company to discuss why the rep had not attended the appointment and I was somewhat surprised that they where trying to arrange a date and time to carry out installation of there system at my property they said they would contact the rep and get back to me.
They then contacted me again saying that they couldn’t get hold of there rep but they were sorry about the missed appointment and would like to arrange another appointment I told them I wanted to know why the rep had not attended the appointment and not contacted me and why they had contacted me to fit a system that I had not agreed to get fitted as they had been told by there rep I had agreed for the work to go ahead.
Again they said they would come back to me with an explanation but offered another appointment with a different rep I refused the offer and requested that I wanted an explanation before I was willing to go any further.
I was again contacted and told the rep had not been able to attend the meeting as he had been unfortunately detained no explanation as to why he had said I wanted the work carried out just a we can send out different rep and I could see one that day at 1pm or 5pm but if I couldn’t manage that they would try and get me another appointment some time in the future.
I told them I would just pass as I didn’t want to do business with the company anymore. Within an hour of this they had contacted my downstairs neighbour saying they had to cancel her getting her flat insulated as her neighbour had refused them permission to carry out the works and made it out that I was somehow to blame for her not having insulation installed at her home.
My neighbour was very upset and thought I had stopped her from getting her flat insulation installed.
Thankfully after showing her the messages from this company and explaining to her that I did not want to do business with a company that treated a potential customer in this manner she understood and she agreed with me that we should not be engaging with a company that engaged in this manner.
I contacted the company again and told them I was disgusted at there behaviour and the fact that they not only treated me with contempt and lied to me now they where lying to my neighbour and trying to make me out as the villain for not engaging with there company.
I am very disappointed that any company could treat people in this manner but on the other hand I’m happy that they exposed themselves for the type of people they are and my take is simple if we had used this company and we had any issues how would we have been treated down the line. I warn anyone thinking of engaging with this company to stay well clear and find yourself a good reliable trustworthy honest company to deal with and avoid this company like the plague.

Green Home workmen arrived at my home to install a system of solar panels. A timetable of work was agreed and the company delivered every agreement on time and with great effect; the work was carried out diligently and every care was taken and was completed in two days. The two men were always happy to answer any questions we asked. Overall it was a delight to have them work for us and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to any of my family or friends.

All personnel from Green Homes have been helpful from our initial phone call the to after sales support.
We found the meeting with the Renewables Consultant to be relaxed, informative and the resultant information on the possible proposed systems extremely useful in deciding the best system for our house.
It was a pleasure to have our solar panel system installed by a very professional team. They were all courteous, considerate, communicative and efficient over the 3 day period of installation and commissioning. The standard and neatness of work inside and outside were remarkable and a credit to the team.

Following much deliberation on a sizeable investment, Green Home Systems installed an ASHP, Solar/battery system and sub floor insulation.
Each team were polite, fast, but efficient and I was especially impressed by the key trades of plumbers and electricians, whose standard of tradesmanship was apparent. The installation was prompt and almost seamless.
Both technologies integrate well and the APP controls, whilst a little daunting, were patiently explained.
Minor glitches or issues were willingly resolved.
Green Home Systems seem committed to a high standard of installation and portray a desire to meet customer expectations.

Overall very satisfied with the process. A few hiccups along the way but these were resolved satisfactorily. The proof of the pudding will come when the weather turns colder.

I am giving 5 stars because Andrew guided us all the way through the process when we had queries. A few minor snags along the way were sorted ASAP but no problem with the workforce.

Andrew Jack was the representative from your company that supported me through the whole process. He was clearly and explain what would happen, what I needed to do and the benefits of solar panels. He was really tolerant with me, I constantly forgot to send back signed forms, it must have driven him mad at time, but he was always kind and patient with me. The installers themselves where quick and efficient. They tided up as they went along, fully explained all the electrics to me.

I’ve been dealing with Andrew Jack at Green Home. He is VERY good and offers a fantastic service.
The company provide brilliant facilities and and I’d highly recommend them.

Such an easy, efficient and straightforward process from start to finish. Lauren in the office was brilliant, walked me through the full process and let me know what to expect. The guys came out and carried out the cavity wall insulation on time, and were incredibly friendly to work with. They even tidied up the garden leaving it looking better than before they came, 5 stars isn’t enough

The firm that installed the equipment were very efficient, left no mess,and friendly chat.I was pleasantly surprised how quick the work was done .One day for heating and one day for solar panels,when I expected it to be a few days longer. Andrew was very good at keeping us informed, and very patient with the delays i was experiencing with lawyers etc. Made it so much easier .

I have dealt with green home systems for a number of years and have always been impressed with their attention to detail and support when dealing with customers. Their sales staff always go above and beyond to make sure you get what you need especially Andrew and Graeme.

My experience from start to finish with this company was great! From Andrew in the office who was very helpful, to the fitting teams when I was having everything installed, I cannot fault them. Highly recommend!

Well the men come out to start the work from start to finish every thing was first class no mess job was done in won day.misy be very pleased with their work

Conrad and Calum were my installers from Green Home Systems. They were installing an air source heat pump, solar panels and new radiators. They arrived Monday in time for the big delivery and spent time to familiarise themselves with the property and consider pipe routes etc. They discussed plans and kept me informed about progress. Each day they would tidy up and alsways use carpet protectors. They were respectful of my wife’s mobility needs and were always happy to accommodate her needs.
Everything was complete by Thursday for the air source heat pump. They arrived Monday solar panels were fitted the following week on the works schedule and the guys again were fantastic. Once complete two men came with a van and removed all rubbish from the project. The whole process was seemless and professional and the admin team completed and sent all guarantees and insurance docs within a week.

The company have done solar panels and the flooring insulation in one day. I was impressed. Team after team, they came on time and are very organised. Friendly and nice people. Great job. Well done!
