The guys worked hard and were very polite. I can tell already the under floor insulation has made a big difference. With regular gales and air bricks I would recommend under floor insulation if it can be done.

I highly recommend Green Home Systems, their customer service is first class, specially Lauren who was so helpful. The survey and installation was arranged really quickly from my initial phone call and the installers were really pleasant. Special mention to Finn and Paul who installed the extractor fans and vents went above and beyond to be helpful. Thanks again to all involved and looking forward to not freezing this winter hopefully.

Excellent and efficient company, seemingly staffed by useful and nice people (special mention to Karli). Got the job done when they said they would and all well.

I would highly recommend this company. Their customer service was excellent, happy to speak to you about any questions you may have and very knowledgeable about their products. The workmen have all been excellent, great job, tidy and very pleasant. I really couldn't fault them. I have already recommended a friend who has chosen them to do the same in her house. And two neighbours were in for a look at mine and now Green Home Energy are set to install in their homes.

The tradesmen were highly experienced and very proficient in there various trades.
They were all friendly guys and very polite. I would definitely give them 10 out of 10.

Smooth with no problems. Great communication from Ethan and his team. Installation teams were great too, very friendly and did a great job

The customer service support provided by the company was excellent. I had a complicated situation due to a Home Energy Scotland grant application which meant I had to change the required works and GHS were very accommodating and revised my quotation with no issues. The guys that came out to install the insulation were professional and friendly and kept me informed every step of the way. they made a good job and left no mess.

Once all the paperwork was sorted, no problems with getting the solar panels delivered and installed.

Cavity Wall insulation was completed well, no issues or complaints. Staff excellent.

This company wasted my time. It took 18 months, two surveys and a great deal of time and effort to send them compliance documentation for them to turn round and say they did not want to do the job despite the fact I qualified for the eco 4 scheme. They were very poor communicators with numerous changes of personelle and low standard of customer service. I would recommend anyone wanting to upgrade their energy efficiency rating to avoid this company and go elsewhere.

Everything from the underfloor insulation to the solar install was handled professionally and efficiently. Can’t fault the team — highly recommended!

All workmen and tradesmen arrived as per schedule. All were courteous. All work was performed smoothly and efficiently. House was left clean and tidy after work was completed. Could not have been better.

The workmen were there to the exact time they said they were going to be there. Very pleasant and efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Very unintrusive and stress free experience. Would thoroughly recommend the company.

the loft installation guys were very courteous and cleaned up after the job was done including vacuuming the carpet.
The electrician was very professional went through everything that he was going to do before he started the job,when he was done he cleaned up.
