Greenpomme Reviews

Nice size and extremely usefull. Also fun design

Easy ordering and fast delivery. I now own 6 of your bags

The color pink is soft and muted. Perfect.
The strap is wide enough and slides easily which is important. Shape and size perfect. I would leave off the little flap on front pocket. It makes access harder. The small handles get in the way of opening the zippers. A bit awkward. Hope this helps.

Einwandfreie Abwicklung; einfacher Bestellprozess und rasche Lieferung!
Produkte sind qualitativ hochwertig und ich bin sehr zufrieden damit!!!

Be sure you are committed to your purchase! You can return your purchase however you will pay for the shipping to Switzerland. I always check return policies before purchasing and there was no mention of this.
They did offer me a partial refund to keep the bag instead however the partial refund is only 35%... disappointed.

The shoulder strap loosens by itself.
Besides that, I love this bag!

Love it!!! I want in other colours.

Simply put, it is the perfect bag, and I love it!

Exactly the purse I’ve been looking for. Customer service was excellent as well and swapped out my initial bag for one that had the ribbon design when I emailed them. It is so cute and great quality. There are plenty of pockets which is what I was looking for and big enough for my iPad. I also ordered a second smaller black bag which is perfect for going out. Will absolutely be buying bags from here in the future and no where else.

The company has great Bags. I have ordered several over the last few months. Most recently I purchased a Denim bag that I love! Great quality and timely deliveries.

Easy ordering, fast delivery and I love the purse! Its very easy to get in and out of and looks great. Great colors too.

I anticipated a great bag... And that's exactly what I received. For travel I like a smaller bag that can hold ALL my essentials. This bag is the perfect size.

I purchased a black and burgundy bag, the extra burgundy strap is inferior in quality to the black one and to be honest neither are equal in quality to the very nice bags

I love my new bag! It is perfect for me. I love the size and the quality. I have just ordered another one in a different color. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Love my Pomme bags, although they are smaller than they appear in the das, they hold a lot. I primarily use them when I travel and they are the perfect size. I have the grey one and the beige one. They both are very versatile. The quality of these bags is great, and I appreciate that they come in a dust bag.

What a disappointment, should have checked out this company before making my purchase. What I received was not even close to what was represented, except maybe for the color. When I contacted them about a return they offered me a small percentage of the purchase price and I could keep the bag. After going back and forth a few times, they bring in Pomme Legal. Guess they have had some experience with unsatisfied customers. There are too many other options out there, please don’t waste your money like I did!

I reallyLove the tan color and the purse
If I could make a slight suggestion, can you make the Strap a bit thicker and wider, I find while travelling my shoulders get sore from carrying it, I have other crossbody bags and I have changed the straps to be more comfortable
Otherwise, there are many good compartments for documents and such, the quality is great

Borsa bella e capiente, perfetta per andare al lavoro

The bag itself is ok quality, it is still plastic “leather” and am not quite sure how long it will last. They overcharge and you can find it for cheaper on other websites which matches the quality. It does look like the picture however and it is a nice colour and feel. It also fits my MacBook computer. The charm doesn’t look like the picture and is quite flimsy and is not worth $20.

Ordered a number of items. The items were not the correct size for my needs so I requested a refund. I was told I could receive 30% back and keep the items or I could ship them back for a full refund less shipping costs of....68$. When I explained that was not acceptable to me and that I would pursue my return options through my bank I was sent a threatening email from the Legal & Compliance Department. Clearly not impressive customer service. Products seemed to be of ok quality, and I would have considered other items they offer but not after the interactions I have had with them now. Buyer beware if you have issues...
