I’d been searching for a nice little shoulder purse that still had enough room for all of my stuff. I found a very cute one that is comfortable to use and carry, so I ordered it. The quality is quite good and I love the fact that it is not real leather. It was easy to order and the delivery service was good.

Fabulous! The wait time for delivery was longer than expected but the bag itself makes up for it! Very lightweight yet large enough to carry all that I need! The loop wasn’t aligned with my styling and I cut it and fastened beads to the ends to make it fully mine - I’m waiting for more solid colors and will order again

The product is great and will get a lot of use this summer. Easy to use website and good communication.

I love the 2 bags I purchased. The size and style Re great and the colors are beautiful. I got a green and light purple. Just a few things...I believe I would have liked another zippered pocket inside. Also, the crossbody strap could be just a couple of inches longer for my use. The only other thing is that shortly after receiving my bags i see that you have a buy 2 get 1 free promotion that I wasn't included in. I was disappointed but still love my bags.

Love the crossbody bag. Color, size, shape beautiful. Unfortunately, the bag has to share my body with occasional backpacks. Pomme is generous, never complaining. The backpack thing is an addiction. Perfectly unsuitable for an 87 year old 4’8” Chicago woman. I will soon tire of my Flihaven (spelling?) and return to my Pomme. But if you sell a backpack, we should talk. Elaine Soloway

I've purchased the Lyona Crossbody Bag in 5 different colors so far! I love how they're shipped with the scented satchel in the fabric bag so they arrive smelling so good. I use them without the crossbody strap and wear them on my wrist, and they are the perfect size to fit my thick wallet, e-reader, sunglasses, phone, and little cosmetic bag.

Die Tasche ist angekommen und entspricht meinen Erwartungen. Mit dem Produkt selbst bin ich zufrieden.

Weniger zufrieden bin ich jedoch mit der Lieferung und der Kommunikation des Kundenservice. Die Bestellung wurde am 28.05.2026 aufgegeben und erst am 17.06.2026 zugestellt. Laut Sendungsverfolgung wurde das Versandetikett erst am 06.06.2026 erstellt und die Sendung erst dann an den Transportdienstleister übergeben.

Auf meine Nachfrage erhielt ich die Auskunft, dass sich die Lieferung innerhalb der angegebenen Fristen befinde. Diese Antwort konnte ich anhand der Informationen in der Sendungsverfolgung jedoch nicht nachvollziehen. Ich hätte mir eine transparentere Erklärung für die Verzögerung gewünscht.

Die Tasche selbst gefällt mir, deshalb vergebe ich 3 Sterne. Wegen der langen Wartezeit und der aus meiner Sicht unzureichenden Kommunikation würde ich jedoch nur dann erneut bestellen, wenn die Lieferzeiten für mich keine wichtige Rolle spielen.

At first the bag look ridiculously smaller than expected but it swallowed all the items I needed (alot)... fabric quality is good I love it I got compliments for it's color and structure.

Purse is as advertised, quick shipping, nice size

I love my new purses! They were well made with nice material and stitching. I thought they might be too small, but everything fits perfectly. I have received several compliments from friends and family.

My bag arrived and unfortunately had some stitching loose! But customer service replied straight away and sent me out a replacement which was amazing. The bags have a bit of a temu / made in china smell. But you get what you pay for I guess. Love the style though!

The advertising on this site was very misleading. Ordered and received a beige/yellow Lyona crossbody bag but the color wasn't as bright as the pictures on the site. The yellow handles are poor quality plastic and little bits of the handle were already flaking off by the time the package was opened. Plastic smell was very strong and there were hairs inside the bag too! Disgusting! Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy from this company ever. It is a scam!

**BUYER BEWARE**I purchased a bag less than 6 months ago. The seam of the strap started coming apart so I reached out to try and get it restored somehow. The customer service team refused to help me and stated it was “normal wear and tear”. Extremely disappointed. I was hoping for so much more from this brand.
