Green Source installed a Midea 23kw 5 head Aircon/Heating unit & a Power Bay 300ltr heat pump HWS for my 2 story home. Everything is working as expected. They kept me well informed and the units were installed on schedule. I was very happy with the service Green Source provided.

The team at Green Solutions is extraordinary, they are very professional and prompt. My hot water system broke in peak winter and i was out of hot water for a week. I called Gurneet from zing solar and he directed me towards sunny who guided me in choosing the right system, he is very knowledgeable in this field. Called him around 14:00 on Monday and the new system was installed by 09:30 Tuesday, “That’s not even half day’s turnaround”. Very prompt & exceptional service, very much appreciated. They exactly know what “emergency” means, highly recommended.

About a week later, the entire system—which consisted of six split units—was installed in just one day. The next day, I reached out with three concerns, apprehensive about their after-sales service, which is often where companies fall short.

My first issue was easily resolved after realizing it was due to my own misunderstanding, embarrassingly outlined as the first item in their FAQs. The second query involved scheduling the removal of our old central heating unit; remarkably, it was taken away just an hour after my call. The final issue involved a wiring concern, but an electrician arrived within hours and professionally demonstrated that the fault was actually due to pre-existing, problematic wiring in our basement—a convincing explanation, especially since I work in electronics.

Overall, my experience with Green Source was outstanding, particularly their excellent after-sales support. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Great experience when they installed the product to my property they make sure no scratches or anything should be on the wall & also for your convenience they can come whenever you need them to install.

I made an enquiry about the Govt scheme, I was contacted by a few providers, but Green Source was the only company who had a representative come in person to do an assessment and explain how the program worked. From that point on the whole process was made so easy, they organised everything and the installation was completed without issue. Cannot speak highly enough about their service.

On the 8/03 my Heating and cooling were installed it had worked for a few days which was nice and cold. But then I had an issue with the unit I got someone to come to my property to see what the problem was and I had a gas leak which has now been fixed and cooling and heating are back to normal

We had split systems put into our house, the whole experience was amazing. From the time they came out to inspect to installation was only about 10 days. Very happy with the service.

The assistance and support was there when we needed it. There was a problem regarding the installation of the heating/cooling units but has been resolved promptly. At the moment, everything is OK.

Green Source is fantastic in terms of all aspects of their work. We had 5 units installed and I cannot fault them. From the communication to the delivery and installation of the units. The team arrived at 7am and were gone by 11am. The men were polite, professional and they did a fantastic job.
