The whole crew were lovely, the ladies on the phone, Kabir, who came to our home to discuss options and took our order, the surveyor who checked our conservatory and the super guys who actually fitted it. From start to finish I had great…
From start to finish I had great communication with the people at Greenspace.Everyone I spoke to was informative and very friendly.The whole process went very smoothly and our installation took less than a day.We are over the moon with our new roof.It has given us a new room that we now love to use.Even in our recent heatwaves we have been able to sit in there and enjoy it.This would never have been an option before our new roof was fitted.It has become our favourite room in the house.

Excellent product conversion
I’ll keep this short. Received your information letter. Enquired about the product. Was contacted to check the conservatory. Agreed to go ahead. Surveyor arrived to check the existing roof and runners all ok to go ahead and manufacture. Was informed through out on the product delivery. The panels were put up by two very efficient technicians. All in all a very professional job

Constantly harassing me sending unsolicited mail
Despite having returned previous unsolicited mail from this company I still keep being harassed using wording like building control regulations, someone from your company has been clearly on my property to see i have 1 and also a sign on my door that cold callers are not welcome.

We're so glad we had a new roof fitted
Our new roof panels were fitted 6 weeks ago & I wanted a chance to live with the new roof before writing a review. We're delighted with the difference the new roof has made , the old plastic roof made the conservatory very hot in sunny weather & the noise when it rained was deafening & lots of condensation in the cold weather.
We answered a mailshot letter & Greenspace were lovely to deal with , they came out quickly to talk to us. They kept in touch & kept to the timescale they gave us, with the survey done & panels made & a date for coming to fit them just as they promised. On the fitting day the installers arrived on time & started work straight away , they worked quickly & kept everywhere very tidy as they took the old roof off & put the new panels on. The new roof looks wonderful & over the past 6 weeks we have used the conservatory far more than before (even as I write on the hottest June day on record) We're not driven out in the afternoon by the heat or the glare & can use it in the evenings.
We've only had a couple of rainy days & it's completely different , so quiet.
Looking forward to using the conservatory in the autumn & winter.
A big thanks to Greenspace , everyone in the office , production & the installers we're so glad we had the new panels.

Conservatory roof
Thank you for transforming our conservatory into a room we can use all year round. Like most conservatory owners we could only use our conservatory for a limited time throughout the year.
It was either too cold in the winter, too hot in the summer , too noisy when it rained and blindingly dazzling when the sun was out.
Now we have a room whose temperature is the same as the rest of the house and in the recent heat wave we could still sit in it and enjoy looking at the garden. Indeed since its completion, we have used it more than the total use this year before the new roof installation.
It is so refreshing to deal with a company that seeks to go beyond the customers expectations. From first contact to completion was seamless, we were kept informed at every stage as our new roof was constructed. Every one we dealt with was informed, courteous, efficient and friendly.
We are delighted with our new room and cannot speak too highly of Green Space……a true example of how an organisation should treat its customers.

A hassle-free and painless experience
Everything was well explained from the outset and a high level of contact was maintained throughout the procedure so that we knew exactly what was happening and when in the process. On the day, the fitting was extremely efficient. Since then, we have used the conservatory and do feel there is a discernable reduction in interior heat levels in hot weather.

The work was prepared and carried out in a timely manner and I was kept informed at all stages as to how things would proceed.
I was very impressed when, following the initial assessment, a substantial sum was removed from the bill because the work involved proved to be less than was envisaged. This willingness to analyse the work that would need to be carried out showed a commitment to professional standards..
All those who contacted me before and during the work were courteous and reliable. Although I was away during the period following the replacement of the conservatory roof, my neighbour contacted me to let me know that the scaffolding had been removed and everything had been left in an orderly manner.
The finished result exceeded my expectations. I had been warned that there could be a loss of light (because of contrasting roof materials). More accurately, I would describe the change as a loss of glare. The conservatory is now a much more pleasant space and light into the conservatory has been modified rather than lost. True, my dining room is now a little darker, though not substantially so, and I am considering ways in which that very slight awkwardness might be addressed.
My sister, who lives in Suffolk, used your company two or three years ago, and her experience seems to have been very similar to mine. The decision for each of us to engage your company was taken independently. Nevertheless, our experiences seem to have been similar. I, for one, would be happy to recommend your company to anyone who is looking to have similar work carried out.

The company delivered as promised and on schedule! In spite of the weather causing a slight delay the workmen got on with the job and continued tirelessly until it was completed. They were very friendly and pleasant, explaining things as they went along. They worked very well and left the premises nice and tidy and removed all of the debris etc.

From first meeting with sales, to measuring and installation, the process was very smooth and professional. If I have a negative comment, although the installation was good, the fitters completed only a "builders clean" whereas another 30 minutes looking carefully would have given a perfect clean, and saved me having to go up ladders to perform this before I could replace my furniture into the room. Small but significant for me..
