Jason visits us regularly, always smiling and positive. Answers all my questions thoroughly. Our lawn does look great, which is combination of Green Thumb treatments followed by Jason then advising best how to look after in between visits!

Steve Shaw did a great job. He was thorough and took care that that the job was completed as stated in original information from Green Thumb. The edges have never looked good.
Btw all this very hot weather.

The lawn has had a new lease of life since Green Thumb have been treating it.
Half way through the hard surface cleaning and it's looking much better.

Tom Rielly did a good job on our lawn with the Green Thumb fertilizer and also the weed killer. The last couple of treatments have mad a real difference to the lawn. Cheers .

I would not recommend Green Thumb if I was paid to.

I've been paying £32+ a month for this lawn care service, but my garden has been completely neglected. At the end of last summer my lawn was in good condition. Since then, because of the lack of treatments, it has deteriorated significantly, with weeds throughout, uneven ground and a generally poor appearance.

The service has been consistently unreliable. My last scheduled treatment simply didn't happen because nobody turned up. Before that, I wasn't properly notified of the visit and the technician arrived on a Wednesday, despite me previously being told they wouldn't attend on Wednesdays. The technician called me on the Wednesday and said he would try to come back the following day, but he never did, and I received no update whatsoever.

I was also told that my hard surface weed treatment would be carried out in February. It's now months later, and it still hasn't been done.

On 10 June, I spoke to Nathan at Green Thumb, who apologised profusely for the repeated failures. He assured me he would put things right and managed to rearrange both outstanding treatments for tomorrow. Today, I've received an email saying the treatment has been cancelled again.

At this point, I genuinely don't know what I'm paying £32+ a month for. The service I'm paying for simply isn't being delivered and hasn't been since September 2025. My garden has been left to deteriorate while I've continued paying every month, with Green Thumb pocketing money they haven't earned.

This level of service is completely unacceptable. I will be requesting a refund dating back to the end of last summer, as I have not received the reliable service I've been paying for. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to think carefully before signing up - there are other companies who I am sure would charge less and actually deliver some kind of service.

I am outraged.

Cameron Robinson was the only Green Thumb chap that completely tackled our very over grown lawn. Made an amazing job of our lawn! Very friendly and polite and was extremely hard working. Thank you Cameron.

Can’t say enough for Paul and the Burntwood Office of Greenthumb. Great service from start to finish and Pail offered such a professional service with overall review of my newly laid lawn, with Paul’s advice, care and attention the lawn is now flourishing. Thank you very much Paul.

On my last appointment, which was a “summer ready” treatment, I was recommended a “nutraboost” application by Howard Baker from your Canterbury branch. He was very patient with me explaining the benefits of having it done. Howard duly arrived today to complete that task. Although I was his last appointment , on the hottest day of the year so far, he still was able to maintain a cheery smile and polite nature. 5 star service once again.

The operatives are great and do a good job given the time constraints they have to work to. I recently took on mowing on a regular basis for a discounted price. I was not given the discounted rate and am owed £6 credit which does not show on my account. You try talking to someone. Impossible. Customer 1391 .

Had greenthumb for years and years. Has gone downhill rapidly the last two years, with ineffective generic treatments, inappropriate timing (ie standing in water sodden grass during a time of flood , saying they were going to do an oasis treatment). Wasted £400 on ineffective treatments last year, in the hope that ‘the next one will be okay’. Really not sure what has happened.

Our lawn looks worse now than before Greenthumb started treating it. They turned up on inconvenient dates, even when asked not to, and left with nothing to say other than advising keeping pets of the lawn (despite clear issues with the lawn that should have been explained). Complete waste of money.

Howard Baker at the Canterbury branch is very knowledgeable and professional. He has looked after our lawns for several years and we would not go anywhere else

Operator explained in full detail the treatment to be expected. Craig very helpful in advising why grass was long in places.

We had our Summer Treatment delivered Today 22nd June by JOHN - Lincoln Branch , he takes great care of our lawns front and Back , explains everything to us and which treatments are being applied.
He is very knowledgeable and as keen Gardeners he takes great pride in his work and also lets us know when our next treatments are due

JOHN - Lincoln Branch does a great job for us in keeping our garden looking great
