Excellent customer service when I emailed to enquire how to order/obtain a replacement grass catcher bag - although there was a delay in the response, when I did hear back they checked a couple of details and then offered a one-off courtesy replacement which has now been delivered and is working well. Thank you Greenworks, fabulous after sales service.

Und nun nach 5 x gebraucht schießt von unten das Wasser raus 🤮🤮🤮 Was ist passiert ? Ein Verbindungsstück ist abgebrochen, Material vom billigsten kann man nicht kleben oder befestigen 🤮🤮 Service gefragt und E-Mail geschrieben keine Antwort 🤮
Mittlerweile kann ich Greenwork sagen die 2 x Akkus könnt ihr euch sonst wohin stecken DANKE 👌👈

Like many others on this site , I bought a Greenworks hedgecutter 8 months ago with a 3 year warranty .I now find the warranty is worthless as the company ignores the case file I emailed in .No other way to contact them ,but they just ignore you .
Please be warned this is not a reputable company .

I bought a 46cm Powerall Gen-II mower in June 2025 it been great. I purchased in May 2026 a new 51cm version for my daughters garden, it took forever to arrive so we bought an alternative not greenworks, shame, however now comes the challenge with Greenworks UK, you cannot speak with anyone, its an Ai email raise a case and respond function, with a 24-48hr respond time, that failed, its now been five days, no complaint facility, so I have re raised the case for my return, its clear that they do not have the correct support for their products in the UK and it wastes your time and effectively your money. Shame, however I will this trustpilot line open as to when, how and if Greenworks resolve this simple return under there simple 30 day return policy.

Avoid this company at all costs!

They are quick to take your money, but their products are terrible. I bought the lawn mower and trimmer. After buying it, they sent a broken battery, which took weeks to resolve, and only responded when i asked my bank to get involved to recoup my monies.

They do not respond to any online queries, and there is NO way of contacting them apart from their online form, which usually crashes, or generates a bog standard holding email, and no actual person responds

The battery and charger have now broken, its under a year, and i have tried putting it through their warranty online, which i have done 4 times, and their site crashes, almost like they don't want to receive a warranty claim. i have also sent multiple communications through their online tool, and no one has got back to me

i now have a humungous paperweight in the garden in the form of a lawn mower and trimmer that i cannot use.

To add to this, i have owned it less than a year, and honestly used it about 6 times, to the point i have only recharged the battery 3 times in that year, and its broken, again!

i have tried contacting them through facebook, X and asking chatgpt to search for an email, which i did find as customerservice @ greenworkstools.eu but they don't respond so a total waste of time

its a joke that Amazon have now started stocking their products

this company doesn't even deserve a 1 star. they should be banned from being allowed on the internet

Bought a mower, power handle sheared from the unit due to a poor design and build. Waited weeks for a response, no sign of any support. Awful.

Don’t waste your time or money. The leaf blower did not work, I requested a return and refund and was told I needed to explain what was not working then to list out the serial numbers then they ask for videos showing what I was doing. No intention of replacing or refunding. Never going to have anything to do with this company again.

I bought a scarifier recently via Amazon and it was throwing more grass back onto the lawn than into the collector box. I raised a “case” with them on 22/5/26 and I’m still awaiting a response. I sent the scarifier back today and got my money back. Shame, because I have a Greenworks battery mower and it’s great…hope it doesn’t go wrong!

Okay until something goes wrong.
I have an Optimow and it's been great until the jockey wheel fell off, which I believe would be covered under warranty.
Greenworks support is terrible. No response from their support team in two weeks. You get a message saying they are busier than usual then nothing. No way to chase the ticket so raising a new one, making them busier, is the only way.
No parts available either so can't even get a new jockey wheel to repair it myself.
So much for right to repair!

I have a real problem with Greenworks. I was emailed a promotion from Greenworks for a Greenworks remote lawnmower. Like a fool I purchased the lawnmower and found that it just does not work so I have tried to return it for a refund. I have reported the problem to Greenworks, one gets a case number and a promise of a reply within 48 hours - that has been two weeks now and I have heard nothing. I have emailed the Greenworks distributor - in Germany but still no response. All UK Greenworks contacts deny responsibility so I am at a loss as to what to do. I have emailed the Greenworks md in Germany to no avail. Any advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated

UPDATE: Still heard absolutely nothing. I formally reject these goods on the grounds that the after service is absolutely off the scale bad. Please now contacts me to collect the goods and I await my full refund.

Purchased a Greenworks mower and strimmer package directly from Greenworks UK in June 2025 for around £300.

The equipment itself seems ok, but after around 11 months the charger appears to have failed.

The disappointing part has been customer support. I have now raised three separate support/warranty cases and received no acknowledgement or response. I have also tried replying to company emails and alternative contact addresses without success.

I understand problems occurring — but the complete lack of engagement has seriously affected my confidence in the brand and in future product support, judging by other reviews this look to be widespread.

I ordered a new lawnmower from Greenworks on 11 April and it was delivered on 15 April. However there was an issue, the grass collector was just a frame and missing the bag. I raised an online query immediately, there is no phone number or email address to contact, but I heard nothing for a week. When they did finally respond they said they would send me a replacement grass bag under warranty, but as there were none in the UK this would come from NL and take up to 14 business days to arrive.

It actually took 10, but the problem was it didn’t fit my mower, despite it looking like the correct one in the photos of the product, the frame of the one I received did not…was I send an old model? Anyway, back to customer services, they said they would look into it, another week passed and nothing, I chased and was then told that they had managed to find the correct part and that I would be sent immediately and I should receive it in up to 5 business days. 2 weeks later, nothing has arrived, I have chased again and no response.

So we are now 5 weeks in from ordering the mower and I still cannot use it. To rub salt into the wound they are now selling it for over £50 less than I paid for it, not discounted just a new lower price.

This is now in the hands of my credit card provider under a Section 75 to try and get my money back!

There’s nothing wrong with Greenworks’ products. I bought 2 mowers three years ago. The larger self-driven one still works well but the 36cm size needs three simple spare parts - the bracket holding the blade, its accompanying screw and plastic washer. I’ve been waiting 2 months now. Truly awful customer service.

I found the same as RH - as soon as you pay for the goods they disappear into the ether. Under no circumstances buy anything from these rogue traders this is a scam operation. It took my banks pressure to get any response from their US parent company. They pretend to be a Europe based company but their actual address is Greenworks Tools, Handy Distribution Ltd, Murdock Rd, Swindon, Wilts SN3 5HY just in case you need it...

These are good value for money garden tools. You get what you paid for.
I now own strimmer, pole saw and trimmer, hedge trimmer and blower/vac all work ok and seem to be holding up well after several years. My two 40v batteries are still holding charge after DIY garden use for several years now.
Not Sthil quality but compare the price.

Terrible product and extremely poor service unable to contact service department a email contact page only.
Lawnmower ordered and delivered however the Lawnmower did not work after assembly and full battery charge.
I have sent several requests for the faulty lawnmower to be collected and requested a full refund however to date I have not been contacted by Greenworks.
Do not buy direct from Greenworks the service is the poorest I have ever experienced.
I have made a dispute claim via my bank.

Absolutely shocking company to deal with. If you’re hoping to mow your garden with their mowers (made in China) think again!
Took a two weeks for the thing to arrive, missing batteries, charger, grass bag and no idea what else as no instructions either! Trying to get shut of the thing back to them just a nightmare but will not mess about much longer as will start chargeback. They are not in the least interested as they already know what they deliver in terms of service and products. Key here is they have your money at this stage!! Ridiculous and pathetic company obviously run by malevolent clowns who only take your money for this junk!!

Awful customer service. After receiving a damaged machine, I was eventually offer a 10% refund as damage didn't affect operation. However since agreeing in late April and despite chasing more than once I'm still awaiting the refund and in fact a reply. Earlier communications were poor and required chasing at every step.

I am not sure how good/bad the products are, I received incorrect battery (can’t use the product) tried raising tickets with no reply „a week now“, somehow feels like a scam if a company have zero after sales support
