Great website. Lots of useful information on how to make changes. Loving the easy recipes which are also very tasty. My favourites are banana oat waffles and chicken Katsu curry to name but a few

Having joined GreggWallace.Health in the middle of last year, I have already lost 8kg! I have used the easy to follow recipes that are on the website, that means I have eaten delicious, healthy food - and saved loads on my shopping bill too!
The cost of membership is also SOO much lower than other plans that are available from other companies too!

If possible I would give 0 stars.

I cancelled my subscription not long after joining. The subscription has been taken out of my account again even though I cancelled. I am unable to get a refund as I don’t have the confirmation email from 11 months ago. I contacted them on the day the payment was taken and was told I couldn’t have a refund as I could have looked at the content as it is online, even though I had already had access to it for 12 months!
Very unhelpful, wouldn’t recommend as reading the reviews this happens a lot

I purchased some of the Frozen Meals from GWH:
The first (Bang Bang Chicken) was far too spicy.
The second (Chicken Jalfrezi) was absolutely NOT a chicken jalfrezi. I can only describe it as muck! It bore no resemblance to the picture on the packet; there was no chicken, just minute cubes of something indescribable and some green slimy leaves. Horrible.
I immediately sent an e-mail and photographs but have heard nothing. I have re-sent several times and even tried the online chat. Nothing. I am disgusted and disappointed in equal measure. As there is no phone number, I am considering Trading Standards. I have two further meals in my freezer,, but am scared to open them - who knows what I will find??? A total waste of money and abysmal customer service.

After reading GWH's response (where they appear to be blaming me and not taking into consideration the photographs I sent) I am even more disgusted. I wholeheartedly stand by my comments. Clearly, GWH have no intention of making amends.

There is no point in e-mailing them, they don't respond! I am still awaiting a full reply to my e-mail sent in January!

Auto renewed my subscription without authorisation. Even though I cancelled within 14 days of the prior year offer. The website is awful to use and you have to scroll through forever to find the recipe you may have already used. Sending 1 email 1 year later and then taking payment 4 days later is unacceptable and day light robbery. £89.99 for a service I’ve not used. To finish it off you take 4/5 days to respond to any emails. No numbers to call. Pathetic,

I am also in the same position as many of you. No notice of an auto renewal, no email received, even in my junk mail, but found £89.99 was taken on 1 Jan. I have not used the service as it wasn’t for me. What has really irritated is the stubborn resistance to repay the subscription despite cancelling my account before Christmas, and rigidly sticking to the vague T&Cs and not providing evidence that they sent the notification. Really poor! Avoid.

They took membership renewal money with no notice and are ignoring my daily emails to get it back

What a scam. I cancelled my membership when they changed apps. However Showme.fit managed to do an auto renewal of my membership and deducted an annual subscription for a non funct App.Getting no reply on there email for a refund. Customer service terrible and would not recommend them.

Renewed my membership and took the money without any warning, tried to resolve amicably many times but the customer service was horrific and unprofessional. AVOID THESE BANDITS AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolutely sick of this company. Cancelled a 6 monthly repeat unauthorised subscription 6 months ago, after many hours chasing emails managed to get a refund on the condition that I removed any negative reviews! All persona data should be removed from GWH on cancellation yet I received another email to inform me my subscription is about to renew again! Possible GDPR breach as my data should have been removed from their account. Unable to speak to anyone, have left numerous chat messages with no response and suspect another £49 will be taken from my bank account without approval leaving me having to spend hours again trying to pursue a refund. Come on GWH get your act together

Like others, payment of £89.99 taken without any notice, tried to contact them several times but have only had an automated response telling me that they are busy and will get back in due course and to read their No Refund policy. I do not use the site and would also like my money back. REALLY POOR/NO customer service. AVOID.

Renewed my membership without 7 days notice, just took £89.99 from my bank account. I have emailed them twice and so far no reply. I do not use the site, don't find it useful and would like my money back.

Never sent me the 7 day notice to take payment , they just took the £70.00 and after a number of emails sorry no refund ! Now they won't reply , I'm £70.00 out of pocket for something I no longer use

I am a member of this group and do like the recipes. However there is a members forum and I just tried to say in light of recent developments maybe there should change the name in the interest of the business . They won’t attract new members and
Members probably won’t renew their membership. I basically got told to shut the door on my out and do one …. How rude 😜😜 x Anyway left the group and not renewing my membership , so that’s one customer lost already .

I'm absolutely disgusted that this old aged man is complaining about high class middle aged women - he is an old aged, low class, low life arrogant, horrible man who is well past "middle age" and should never be on our TV screens anymore - so utterly unprofessional and unbelievably tried to justify his behaviour on younger females - omg man you are in you're 60's - shame on you !!!!!!

The man is a mentally retarded ignorant big mouth who amazing has been allowed to air his unbelievable juvenile opinion on air for too many years mainly due to the total dumbing down of television broadcasting. He literally sounds like a stupid little boy with absolutely no intelligence whatsoever.

I joined late June this year, after trying so many 'fad' diets and them not working. I am glad I did, this is the life changing plan that I needed to kickstart me onto the road for a better and healthier lifestyle. The biscuits, crisps and jarred sauces have gone (donated to a local food charity). The plan is easy to follow, I am more organised and I now enjoy shopping and keep to my shopping list. The recipes are quick and easy to follow and there are lots to choose from. The website is easy to navigate and there is lots of information and advice. The motivational Monday emails and healthy weekly newsletter emails are keeping me spurred on to continue. There is also a Facebook community which I might join soon (not joined yet as not keen on Facebook). If you want a plan to make you feel healthier mentally and physically - this is it.

I just wanted to say a very big Thank You to Tom and the team for helping with my computer problem. I have now been able to pop in & out of the website with ease.
It had been very frustrating only being able to login through my smart phone.

I started my journey on Gregg Wallace health 2 months ago and can honestly say it’s the best decision I’ve made, I mainly joined to eat healthier as my health is not great and lose some weight along the way, I lost 10lbs in my first week! There’s is a fantastic community that comes with this plan, and the knowledge from the the team is second to none, from gut health, to menopause to weightloss, I’ve never seen anything like it, I also feel like I have my own nutritionist as Kat is at hand to help with any questions, the recipes are so delicious I eat very well now and I love how easy they are, my only regret is I didn’t join any sooner

Great plan and easy to follow, loads of recipes some I like some I don't. I am really trying to stick to the program it is hard when you are used to snacking between meals! Excellent support is available on Facebook from the experts and other users which is amazing. The plan is affordable and not a huge monthly payment like other plans I have tried. The videos I use for recipes is really helpful. I know others struggle with the website but it is still a work in progress and messages are responded to quickly. Overall Excellent experience so far.
