awesome shoes in style, workmanship and durability.

The service from Grensons was exceptional from start to finish. I sent them a 25 year old pair of black brogues to be re heeled and re soled, they came back looking like new but still with the worn in comfort.
I paid £110 for my shoes and similar ones are £350 so the £170 I paid for this service was money well spent.
Hopefully they will last another 25 years.

Grenson makes an amazing hiking boot. I purchased one of their Nanette models, which arrived nicely packed in …I think under a week? From the UK to California, so lightning fast, anyway. They look beautifully made and they fit beautifully too, which is pretty thrilling. I have a slightly wide foot and don’t love having to suffer through wearing shoes until they stretch. These fit like a glove. Also, they have _excellent_ support, even though the boot is surprisingly light weight. They are the best hiking shoes I’ve ever tried. A final surprise, they are weirdly flattering. I am a size 10 US or 7.5 UK and most athletic shoes look enormous on me. These really don’t. They are nice enough to wear in the city without looking out of place. This was my first purchase from Grenson and I’ve just gone back to their site to buy another pair of their shoes in a different category.

Still the brand that delivers it is an honour to wear the shoes from the masters !

My 3rd pair of Grensons…. Always on point

I recently purchase a pair of your Lloyd shoes, this is my first pair of GRENSON shoes and I was expecting a fantastic hand made quality shoe? Unfortunately this is not what I have received, I can only assume they are seconds or a sample shoe not for resale?

The finish is poor, frayed stitching, frayed inner liner, uneven colour application and detached heel block on both shoes.
I assume sending these shoes out was a mistake and they haven’t been through you rigorous QA process.

Beautiful craftsmanship. I own many shoes and these are easily the most well-made loafers I own. Got a made in England pair and the details are wonderful to look at. They fit perfectly out of the box and are true to my EU size. Even the handwriting on the box was beautiful!

On shipping, I didn't expect them to ship so quickly to the US- took about half a week from order date to the west coast. I honestly wouldn't have minded waiting longer. Kind of crazy. Maybe I got lucky.

Got 2 pair of boots in the sale. Both really well made and better than my Red Wings I had a few years ago.

Petty issue really didn’t get boot bags for storage. But other than that people need these boots in their lives.

Great price on sale. They only had size 10.5 and I'm always an 11. I thought I would chance it and glad I did they were still loose, but put insoles in and they are fine. This is my first pair of Grensons
and very pleased with the quality and style.

Overall I really love Grenson shoes. I like that they are made in England and designs that are different. I’ve got several pairs of shoes and boots that last really well. The only downside is that the fit is not always consistent eg sometimes wide, sometimes narrow, but this is a minor point really.

Good quality shoes. Out of stock in my size but received an email with my size in stock so now very happy with purchase. Delivery straightforward.

Been shopping with Grenson since 2011, and I’m always happy with the product. I love their brand, the story and heritage. There are very clear similarities between Grenson (in my opinion) and some of the historical Italian brands, that are often featured in news outlets etc.

Their designs, variety in lasts and looks, is oustanding. The quality is way above par. The equivalent value for money is hard find anywhere.

All this is tied together for me as a customer, by the magnificent service they provide. Be it VAT/Customs handling, returns, exchanges or merely a general inquiry about fit, last or size, I’ve always been treated kindly and with professionalism.

Every time I buy a pair, I get even more excited for my next purchase. Truly the best shoe brand, exceptional quality, comfort, and timeless style

Ordered a pair of Milo Waterproof Chelsea Boots on 2nd June 2026. Order dispatched the same day. Tracking with DPD is excellent. Had them delivered to my local YEEP Locker. Absolutely great, they were ready to be collected the next day! The lovely red shoebox containing my new boots was packed in a substantial cardboard box to ensure my order arrived in perfect condition. Well worth the 6 quid shipping.
I am delighted with my new Milo WP boots. They are beautifully finished. The quality is superb, materials used and workmanship. They fit my feet so nicely, and are ever so comfy. This is my second pair of Milo boots, my first being a pair in tan leather which after 2 years regular wear still look fantastic and are equally as comfy. I cannot fault Grenson, their shoes and the service they provide is excellent.

Grenson customer service won’t answer the telephone on their website

When you write in, they don’t believe what you say

They do not help they merely pass the problem back to you

They have not solved the non-delivery issue

I still have not received my shoes, despite being told they would be delivered
