Great meat every time! As always Ian sources the best quality products. The chicken thighs were great for the first BBQ of the year and the pork loin was perfect for Mothers Day tomorrow. And because they use DPD, deliveries are always on time.....

Have repeated my first experience and tried more products. Both collar of pork and the mutton are bursting with flavour. The descriptions and recipe sections are also extremely helpful and well worth a look.

I ordered several products from Grid Iron Meat, including their Native Breed Beef Flat Iron Steak, Old Fashioned Beef Dripping, Marrow Bone Boats and Rings, Cold Smoked Pancetta, and Smoked Bacon Lardons. From a professional chef’s perspective, the entire experience was impressive. Delivery was fast, packaging was secure and well‑insulated, and everything arrived in perfect chilled condition even with free delivery. The quality of the ingredients speaks for itself. I’m very happy with my order and would absolutely recommend Grid Iron Meat to anyone looking for top‑tier meat products.

Bought a large lamb shoulder from here for a family event and slow cooked on the BBQ for 7 hours at 125 deg. I had expected to have a decent amount left but everyone liked it so much it.
The shoulder was the nicest pieces I’ve seen, and according to my wife the best and favourite thing to come off the BBQ.
I’d never bought from here before, but will be buying again with no question.

Unable to get free range bacon in Whitby we've had 2 orders so far from Gridiron and packed quite a lot into the freezer. Everything else we've tried has been excellent including the rib of beef we had at Xmas.

I enjoy using the easy to use and very helpful website. The quality of all the meat is consistent and excellent value. It's more than just a butcher as they offer menus and cooking suggestions. I am a very happy and regular customer.

We have been buying meat from Grid Iron since lock down, when one of the restaurants listed them as a supplier to support. The quality of the meat always blows our mind, so much better than anything you can get at a buchers in London. When we want a treat or to cook a great meal we make sure to do an order with Grid Iron. The deliveries though have gone a bit downhill ever since they switched to DPD as DPD just leave the meat at the door without even ringing the doorbell. This has happened to us twice now.

Absolutely amazing products.
I order for the first time but definitely will not be the last. They followed my request to don't send me pork organs fat what i really really appreciate and 100% i will become a loyal client because other companies doesn't have the option to let a demand or note on their order. My order was 56120 and I am more happy than ever with the quality. I had some doubts whit delivery because came split in 2 different orders but in the end came everything. Thank you for your quality and for very professional services! 👏

It wasn't as tender as the first one we bought. The cross section wasn't round (barrel shaped) as a centre cut usually is, it was more triangular. It didn't seem to cook evenly. (Don't know whether that gives you a clue)??? Your thoughts would be very much appreciated. We still intend to return for a Christmas fillet.
