Meat delivery on time well packaged and cold and all meat good quality will be use again. First time using meat supermarketand very good, came from using muscle foods but such bad service poor delivery and food came unchilled due to poor delivery and chicken was rotten do not use muscle foods, meat supermarket is so much better so far.

Poor quality meat pumped full of water
The delivery was delivered 3hrs late not by DPD but gentleman that spoke no English and didn’t even knock at the door. Fortunately the dog alerted me.
The packaging was not sealed. The cooling packs were not cold to the touch as the goods had been in transit since 0100 until 1830 and out for delivery since 0930 that morning.
On inspecting the delivery:
Sausages were missing
Chicken was mushy as it had been pumped full of water and had a slight odour
Sirloin steaks slimy to the touch and faint odour.
Pork Loin steaks pumped full of water and mushy
Overall the quality of the meat is very poor compared to other online butchers at a similar price
Meat will be used to feed the dog complete waste of money

I was charged more than what was on the…
I was charged more than what was on the original order it was around £85 when I went to pay with PayPal it had increased to around £95 there had been a discount code entered on the order form not by myself it was in red but it had obviously been removed when I went to pay which I didn’t notice or I would have cancelled the order. I did mention this to customer services but they failed to correct this.
I won’t be buying from the company again or recommending them
