Great quality as always, this months delivery was delivered within 48 hrs and still fresh even in this current heat. Since DHL e commerce have merged with evri the courier service isn’t of the same quality anymore and I would even be happy to pay a bit more for it to be by DHL express as they are way more reliable. That being said BestMeat as always proving great quality at great prices so big up the whole team! Much appreciated

On my 3rd order freezer very full. Ben done a video how to trim the sirloin sorted cut my own steaks don't want big one for wife cannot fault the meat. Delivery bit late but not Ben's fault but all chilled perfect. Have a word with delivery driver about your service no Ben's fault he does his bit well got 3 mates in pub on the meat now not telling anyone else just incase there is none left for me. Bbq soon

Just received my order from best meats sirloin steaks tremendous about an inch thick and received 25 steaks for £90 can't go wrong for that

Rubbish Attitude from Admin Emma.

I sent a nice email asking for them to either remove the unsmoked bacon from our order or if they could swap it to smoked instead. If they could remove the unsmoked I would of been fine and still paid the same amount.

I was met with a firm NO, you get what your ordered. If you want smoked you have to go buy it.

Happy for food to go to waste then? Completely dismissive aggressive attitude.

Will not be using these crooks again.

Just received a load of abuse, called a self entitled madam and a liar, whilst they posted my personal email on their facebook page after I left a review.

I ordered the £50 mixed meat bundle. Given a time slot for the afternoon from DHL for delivery. I sent my mother to my house to receive delivery but nothing arrived. Bearing in mind, this was due to be delivered on one of the hottest days in June I was worried about the delay. I eventually received notification the following morning that my package was delivered at midnight! It certainly was not delivered to my house and I never did receive my meat delivery! Had I received it it probably wouldn't have been any good as it was with DHL for over 48 hours with temperatures in the UK reaching 38°. Absolutely no way of finding out where this package went and being able to track it after my delivery window had passed. Just given the runaround by DHL. Nobody seemed to appreciate that the package contained meat! Therefore have no idea if the meat is any good and sadly will not bother finding out, as trying to get prompt delivery is not a big enough priority for them, so neither is freshness. I would have given no stars if I could.

Never use these because they are Dam right bloody rude when messaging meat is below average 👎👎👎👎👎👎

UPDATE. JUST HAD CONTACT WITH THEM AND THEY PROMISE TO RESEND MONDAY SO ILL KERP YOU INFORMED arrived warm ice packs completely defrosted were completely melted so obviously stored in warm place for a long time. No way to contact them if there is a problem as no contact info on either their website or through their social media posts. Have commented on their posts with no reply. Very disappointed and will definitely sue if I get ill from this delivery.

First delivery was fine but this one is a disgrace be wary

Ordered for first and probably the last time on 8th June 2026, delivery for 12th June 2026. DHL DELIVERY which was an absolute joke 4 hours late after waiting in all day as its fresh meet only for it to be left on my doorstep. Opened the chicken breast to make dinner (dated 15th June 2026) the chicken smelt awful, absolutely disgusting! I have opened other meat which has so far been fine. However I'm worried if the chicken breast were off if other things are off, if it is then it is £150 down the drain. At first I was giving it the benefit of the doubt with the delivery as it was a courier and not the actual company but after opening the chicken breast, im worried about the rest of my meats so I will be updating my review/opinion once ive opened other meats. On a positive note the farmhouse and Cumberland sausages tasted good.

Recieved my first box today delivered on time and fridge fresh, what i recieved was absolute quality meat, will definitely order again 👍

Absolutely disgusting customer service had 3 lots of meat missing from my £124 order took them 2 weeks to sort me out but made me feel like I was lying to get a refund
Anyway the meat I did receive was fatty nothing like on the videos all the chicken I ordered was drumsticks when it said fillets
WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY NEVER EVER USE THESES AGAIN 💯😡😡😡😡 and if you complain your speaking with a really rude person who doesn’t give 2 flying f**ks as long as there making money they don’t care about anything!!!!! PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Great quality meat but the delivery and after sales are appalling. No one monitors their email. They state contact them through their facebook page and when you do it is ignored. I will not be ordering again.

This is my second time ordering I first got the £50 it lasted ages the meat and marinate delicious, the second was the £60 wirh add ones I got the steak my freezer is full again the meat is lovely freezes well had the steak last night enjoyed every mouth full I've tried other company's but nothing compares so I'll stick with this from now on.

Ordered a big hamper and the meat didn't disappoint. Lovely cuts and thickness to the loin and steak. I also won a free little hamper and that was lovely aswell. Will defo be ordering again

I can not recommend Ben from best meat uk enough.
He has the best meat by far, excellent quality, fantastic communications, amazing service from placing an order to receiving an order.
10 out of 10.

Ordered 25 grass fed sirloin steaks delivery was fine, but there was only 24 to be fair I haven't tried one yet but they haven't been trimmed they look very fatty bit disappointed

The service, packaging and delivery were great. Unfortunately the burgers are marketed as 100% beef but the ingredients on the packaging lists Sulphates, Maltodextrin and Colourings. It would be helpful to have the ingredients listed on the website.

I’ve have brought several of the £70 hampers with add-ons from Best Meat UK and cannot fault the quality or the price of the meat. It’s always fresh, well packed, Why i only give three stars, is the poor service, Best meat dont care that you wait in all day for a delivery that suppose to be delivered at 12.49 and arrives 6 hours later, I had to pay for a taxi get home, because we dont like parcels dumped on our doorstep when we are not there? (they get stolen)

Sold me religiously slaughtered New Zealand lamb after telling me nothing they sell is RS.
Then threatened me with slander when I highlighted the issue and promptly blocked me.

Everything was packaged really well. Came chilled, with ice packs and in a thermal bag. I ordered a meat pack with add ons. The loin of pork was huge, very good value.
Really pleased with my order.
