I was charged more than what was on the…
I was charged more than what was on the original order it was around £85 when I went to pay with PayPal it had increased to around £95 there had been a discount code entered on the order form not by myself it was in red but it had obviously been removed when I went to pay which I didn’t notice or I would have cancelled the order. I did mention this to customer services but they failed to correct this.
I won’t be buying from the company again or recommending them

Every thing arrived on time
Every thing arrived on time , box a bit crumpled but all sealed in side ok.
I cut some of the sirloin into steaks quite tough . Pork loin was fine and so was the bacon.

Not very good quality control…
I have problems with the order the color of the burgers were Grey the sausages at the ends were dry and the sirloin joint just went over four kilos so my first experience with the meat supplier was not good at all so I sent them a message and what I received back I was shocked they were saying grey burgers are okay just oxidized show the burgers went in the bin and I will not ever by a meat from this people again a nice say to everybody else be aware their quality control is not very good

Sorry your first order didn’t land how it should — that’s not the experience we want anyone to have with us. Vacuum-packed burgers can look greyer from natural oxidation even when they’re still fine, but if the burgers or sausages weren’t right for you we want to look into that properly.

The chicken was off when it arrived
The chicken was off when it arrived, the courier did not knock on my door, the reason being that it the packaging had defrosted and the box was damaged and the smell was quite bad.
DPD do not provide refrigerated vans and it is next day delivery as a minimum. Perishable goods should not be transported or packed in this way. I won't be using this company again.
