Plenty of available high power chargers at Moto Exeter. Easy and straightforward to use. Quick to achieve desired charge. Excellent.

Unlike the experience at Roadchef Rownhams the previous day which was appalling. All 6 high power chargers out of action and no way to report or rectify situation. Had to leave location without recharging. Must do better otherwise Gridserve reputation will be ruined.

I found it very easy to use app and equipment, problem I feel for many elderly people is the weight of the connector.

The charging was fine but why so expensive it’s slowly catching up with petroleum I’m paying road tax now as well servicing is catching up with petroleum cars and soon it will be paying for mileage what’s the point of e v cars the only bonus is charging at home

More expensive than petrol. I refuse to use them now as it’s just way over priced and pure greed. We use petrol car for long journeys and electric for short journeys as charging on the go is always more expensive than petrol. Why anyone would use them is beyond my understanding.

Stopped at the Markham Vale services. Plenty of chargers availaible. Lots of food options bearby and Costa on site. Clean, tidy and comfortable seating to watch the M1 go by

Connectivity problems delayed my journey . I would pay andvthe chsrger would fail to charge

Easy to find charging location and all charging points were working.
Easy to see charging amount and costs via the app.

The APP is available only in the
UK Appstore and Google Play.
Foreigners are not allowed to download it from the store.

Pulled into Rugby services on the M6 for a short break to get a sandwich and drink. Only needed to put about 60 miles worth of charge in to get me home but by the time I’d eaten my sandwich the car was charged to 85%! All done through the app and so easy. 😊

Unfortunately, we chose the older chargers at Beaconsfield Services ... the first station wasn't working & the second one wouldn't access either card payment of connect via the app. Fortunately, another vehicle was just leaving the third station, which we got to connect. I know there are newer stations on the same site, but either upgrade these ones or decommission them so that customers don't suffer the same frustrations. Unsurprisingly, the Ionity ones nearby were all full - 'cause they're cheaper! However, once connected, charging went through AOK.

Clackets Lane east bound, easy to get on a charger and everything worked well. Coffee break and car was up to 85% perfect.

We go to markham vale gridserve to the costa there. James is the best barista, very friendly, always very welcoming and chatty. Makes amazing coffee and nothing is too much trouble. Would highly recommend a visit, Well done James on the best customer service and great coffee!

The price would go to Tesla if near by

Had trouble starting a charge on a Nissan Leaf, luckily Ronald was here to assist. Great customer service.

Max charging speed of charge point is 350kw, I received 58kw. I chose this charging point for the 350kw high speed charging because I was in need of charging as quick as possible to get to my destination urgently. The speed received was well below expectations and resulted in me being disappointed and late.

It was fast charging and easy once we found a charger that worked.

I was in need of a top up charge whilst I stopped for lunch so I could get home after work. I had about 95 miles to and had 96 range left. I stopped for lunch for 46 minutes and charged upto 227 miles of range. So this added 131 miles and cost me £38.81p!! So this is £3.36 per mile for being green! In fact I'm red with rage!! How can you charge (pun intended) so much for a charge? This is extortion. Mile per mile charging with Gridserve is more expensive that aviation fuel! I won't be using Gridserve again. 92p per Kwh is just too expensive!

I’m new to EV cars and travel country wide for ice hockey. Gridserve have a wide network of charging stations readily available and make navigating the country very easy.

I was surprised to see that the cost was 92 pence per kWh, and also no longer discounted for using the app. Because of this high cost I terminated the charge and moved on to a much cheaper charge point.

When I charged my car I could not connect to the App. I tried at least 6 times to use te App and it would not connect. This meant that I ended up tapping my card and thus did not recieve my 25% discount.
