After reading these reviews I am currently struggling to even cancel my order.

The hat was the color and size. It was put in a small box and the brim was curled up and they claimed it was a 10X, it was not close to that quality. I tried to get a refund, and they will only send me 40% of the full price.
I do not recommend anyone to order anything from them.

As everyone is saying on here, STAY AWAY from this site. My dad ordered a Panama Hat from them and what arrived is cheap and completely different than what was on their site. I don't know now if he will be able to return it and get a refund. They are doing the run around

Avoid at all costs. This seller claims to be an artisanal hatmaker from Central/South America but in fact is a cheap chinese knockoff. Their return policy is a joke they void the return policy if the package is opened. This is a fraudulent poor quality company.

It took about 8 weeks to finally get the hat but it is nothing like the photo that I ordered from!! Not even close....

This hat is a piece of junk. And there is absolutely no way to return it. Stay away!!!!

Worse piece of mess I've ever seen ordered a Billy Jack hat and I tell you his own mother wouldn't even wear I'm like everybody else this is a major rip off company no way to get your money back!

This is the cheapest junk I've ever received. The gun belt I ordered is flimsier than a kid's toy gun belt from Walmart. The cowboy hat (high plains drifter) is a hobo hat. These clowns should be arrested: but no!!!...CHINA.

Total SCAM! THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!

I bought two because it seemed like such a good deal. It took 3 months to get to me. The cardboard box that both hats came stacked and rattling around inside of was crushed and torn. They barely survived the shipping as they were lopsided, dented and ireperably warped. The hats were basically not even passing as costume hats. They were crappy toy hats. No natural materials were involved at all in their production. It looked like they were crooked on the the conveyer belt when they passed under the sprayed on brownish green rustic effect paint nozzles. They were so bad I knew that anyone who who had the audacity to advertise so falsely would have no intention of giving me my money back so I didn't even bother. Im just embarrassed that i didnt look for reviews first. I can't believe it's legal for a company to do this. DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY TELL ALL YOUR FRIENDS.
I can't believe they even got 1.5 stars on here!

its a hat and that is the only thing about it that resembles the website description. Made from the most inferior materials. Said the exterior bands were leather when in fact the cheap felt was banded in completely fake elastic cords. The "distressed" look was actually sprayed on dye. DONT Get one from them!! Also 'sourced' Thailand shipped from China not anywhere else and took a month to get here. You will be robbed of your money with no recourse.

Truly terrible. Don’t touch this website. It’s all been said in previous reviews. The quality of the product is nothing like the pictures. My “Ecuadorean straw” hat was made of white plastic that had been badly sprayed green. It arrived with no protective packaging and so was completely bent out of shape. No opportunity for a refund - which you will definitely want.

This company sucks! Hat finally showed up. It looked nothing like what I ordered, and was also the wrong size. Contacting them isn't possible. Save your money!

I just received my John Dutton Yellowstone cowboy hat...it's complete crap...from China.
This is a scam website...false advertising.

SCAM! Bought 2 hats. They only sent 1. It was basically a Halloween costume quality hat. Refused to give a refund and then my PayPal info was used all over the the US trying to buy iPhones.

I purchase a lot of hats and the price was just unreal to believe, $50.00 not true yawl stay away from them scammers

Do not buy from this company! Took months to arrive, then both hats I bought were squashed and made from very cheap material. I sent two emails to their customer support and no reply.
