Really nice web site with great looking products stated as full Authentics... BUT, WAIT..!!! What you will receive would not worth to be sold, even in a Dollard Store....!!! Cheap products ever.. No tag, improper packaging, too long shipping... And, a lot of pain trying to get a refund..

Personally wouldn’t even give them 1 star!

Buyer Beware!
1. It took over a month to receive the hat I ordered.
2. Hat was shipped in just a box with no protective packaging.
3. Hat was also shipped in a box too small to accommodate the hat and unfortunately compromised the shape.
4. Company did not offer to replace the defective hat.
5. First offer was 20% off. Keep in mind, the hat is not fit to wear.
6. Second offer was 40% off and I asked to return hat for a refund.
7. Was told I would be responsible for the return shipping to China!!!

Complete unsatisfactory customer service.

Habe einen Ecuador-Sonnenhut bestellt, der laut Werbung handgearbeitet sein sollte. Kam aus China, war verspätet, zerknüllt und aus Plastik. Habe es direkt weggeschmissen. Niemals kaufen!

They don't deserve 1 star. Awful quality, badly paked so arrived squashed and bent so badly it was useless. On asking for a rtefund all they would do was offer first a 20% refund. Then they went up to and stopped at 40%. Wanted me to return it to China at my expense to be assessed for a possible refund of the initial purchase amount! Awful company and no customer care. Avoid they are a scam.

Finally received my Green Moss Hat after waiting months for it to arrive. It was not packed correctly, therefore was bent and damaged. The quality of the hat is awful it was even spray painted badly green on top. It's so bad it's unbelievable. I feel Like I've been scammed. and now they want me to pay 20USD to send the hat back and wait 1 month for them receive it before refunding me. NO THANKS.

The hats I received were absolute rubbish. Buyer beware the images they post do not translate to the real thing. I received my purchase and I am not kidding the quality does not get one star - I threw them in the bin.

Cheap Chinese knockoff, you WILL waste your money!

This company are an absolute scam! I paid extra for quicker shipping - after 1 month still no hat so I chased them up only to be told there was a shortage of stock and it would be sent out as soon as more arrived; it was sent out the next day (how convenient). After waiting a total of 1 month and 2 weeks for my hat it finally arrived and I was absolutely shocked. It is the worst quality hat I have ever seen, it was a cheap white hat that they had sprayed with green aerosol paint, it was all patchy (not a nice dyed rattan as pictured), the rope detailing was all frayed at the ends and coming unwound. The hat didn't arrive in a box either as stated on the website - it came in a plastic mailing bag and was completely squished and out of shape. The sizing is also completely off - despite measuring myself, this hat was tiny and unwearable. I have never been so disappointed especially considering the amount this hat cost. This is a website posing as an american hat maker with authentic products when in reality it is a chinese wholesaler selling absolute crap. Avoid at all costs.

Don't buy these cheap, fake Chinese hats. This company's misleading marketing makes you think you're getting a nice, decent product, and they don’t send what you expect. You're never aware you're dealing with cheap Chinese knockoffs. All I got was a fake cheap hat, not even close to what I thought I would get. This company makes it so difficult to return an item; their emails bounce back, and there is no phone # to communicate with them😡😡😡 making it impossible to return their trash.
