This company is a complete scam! It has been almost a month and they keep changing my shipping date with wrong tracking number, Tracking number is bogus. I am in dispute on my charge card. BEWARE.

We couldn't be any more pleased with the harness we ordered! It fits perfectly (unlike prior ones we had purchased), is super easy on/off and the personalization looks so great and visible.
In addition, the bonus leash is quality and comfortable. Even the bonus mitt is great. I was going to donate it to our local shelter, thinking it wouldn't work well with our doodle but even that was surprisingly effective. On top of all this, the price was very affordable and well worth the cost.
I couldn't recommend this product any more than I do.

Well, I should have read the reviews before I purchased. Ordered March 24. It is now April 9 and no Harness in sight. I have requested a tracking number and received the run around through email after email. Lesson learned! RIP Gripharness

It was so hard to get the harness on Buddy with the one we had. The grip harness is perfect. It is so easy to get on. LOVE LOVE it

Do not get caught in this. It is a scam you cannot get your money back. The reviews posted are not true so beware it’s been three weeks and I still don’t have anything. The UPS number they send doesn’t exist.

It has been three weeks and I still don’t have my order. Tracking does not work nor does their support email. Do not order from this company.

This is my horror story with Grip Harness. Ordered a harness for my dog Abby on Feb 18.24. They confirmed order. They kept sending me emails with wrong order no. They sent order to wrong address. They insist order sent to me notwithstanding that Canada Post clearly shows order sent to another City. I have arthritis in my hands...no harness...and out of pocket about Can $75. They refuse to investigate and or resend order or refund my $$$.

I Love my Blue Grip Harness! Great Quality, and I love the name tags.
I have a rescue dog who had been badly abused, so putting his new harness on him has really made a wonderful difference. He will even sit and let me put it on him.

Cheap Cheap Cheap… took over 2 months to get, when I emailed them I was told it was on its way. I received a tracking number that was bogus. Finally received, strap is sewn on backwards and seam already coming apart when I took out of packaging.

Will not return emails. Product was shipped Feb 21st. Never delivered? E mails come back saying they can't be delivered??

Why would we want to order another defective product from Grip Harness? Your return policy is absolutely absurd that there is only 7 days to make a complaint. Most legitimate companies give you at least 30 days. The rip in the harness accumulated after approximately one week of walking. That means it was 14 days not 7 before their product started to disintegrate.
That in itself should reflect what a poor product this harness is. Most reputable companies expect their products to last much longer than 7 days.
We purchased this harness after seeing their posting on Facebook. They refuse to stand behind their cheaply made harness. product.
Grip Harness spends money advertising what a great product this is rather than living up to
the quality.

This perhaps the WORST Customer Support I have ever experienced. I ordered a harness for my dog and turns out it was just a bit too large and he would pull out of it. It took over a month to receive the product and came in during a busy time in my schedule. By the time I was able to check it out and contact them, they simply replied that I had missed the 7 day window for any consideration of return. I was totally brushed off, so can imagine they would be hardly a supplier that would stand behind their product whatsoever. It is unfortunate that I had to award them even the 1-Star rating.

I do like the harness quality. The color and size were exactly as I ordered. I did have problem with order confirmation and tracking info not being sent initially. Once I contacted customer service, I was updated frequently.

Dog can easily get out of,they won't refund your money, do not buy this cheap made harness.

Ordered November 19. Received December 1. Fastener broke while fasting it December 14. Tried to get reimbursed December 17 Was told I only had 7 days to report damage but I could send back for a opportunity to purchase a replacement for 50% cost. The 60 day satisfaction is nothing but a LIE!!!

False and misleading advertising on their Australian online purchase facility. Price was listed at $39.95, but when I checked my credit card more than $60 had been taken out for the order. The company did not say US dollars anywhere on the site.

I ordered a harness for my puppy and it arrived on September 26th. By October 13th it had ripped at a seam. I contacted customer service and they offered me a 50% discount on a replacement and stated they only have a 7 day guarantee on their product. I would shop elsewhere if you are looking for a harness seeing this company only stands behind their product for 7 days.

We had the harness for less than 2 weeks and it broke. Yet they only guarantee their products for 7 days! Horrible experience! I can pay 25% for another one but why would I throw good money after bad! Run very fast from this harness it’s garbage!
