Just recieved my grip harness in Canada Ontario. Ordered in late November and arrived in mid January. Contacted company and they responded within a day. Seems like Canada post was the slow one. Had a tracking number and was contacted by Canada post three times on locations. So far only had it a few days but much easier getting it on and off my dog than his old one. Nice that his name is on it and our phone number just in case he decides to wander. Just started some off leash training. Always concerned he will bolt. He seems comfortable wearing it also.

ordered 2 weeks ago and product hasn't left california or even been delivered to USPS. customer service unresponsive. what can i expect from the product? amazon has same style so there i will go.

I ordered and paid for the harness Oct 26, still no word from them, have not received anything, have send emails asking why and no comments from them. I am waiting 2 more days and then will cancel payment from my credit car. awful customer service

This place takes forever to ship. I didn’t learn the first time, never ordering from them again.

Great product if you ever receive it. I ordered a harness Aug 13 2022 and have not received it as of today October 1. Slow delivery prompted me to cancel my order. That led to a charge back on my credit card. Grip harness was able to prove an attempted delivery and the charge was reapplied to my card. To settle the issue I asked Grip harness to reshoot the harness and I would not challenge the new charge. I have received many emails giving me excuses why I still have not received the harness but only promises STILL NO DELIVERY. Beware!

Love this grip harness. So easy to use and make adjustments as our puppy grows. Well-made and appears to be more comfortable for our puppy.

The harness is beautiful and fits her well. The leash is perfect and she looks really sharp. I have another dog and will be getting a harness and leash.

I used the harness 3 or 4 times since I got it. Twice the latch gave out when my dog tried to go after a cat. Not as sturdy as advertised on facebook. I will research before I get another one. That will probably be soon.

Been 3 weeks still no Harness Ive emailed them
and there is no phone number on there page I will call my credit card company and request a refund Ill never buy anything from them again. Must be on a boat from China.

This is the 2nd time I ordered a Gripharness. Years ago for my GSP who passed at 16 in March this year. While his harness does fit my rescue, White German Shepherd, I decided he should have his own. Love the harness, easy on and off, very sturdy-yet light weight. Lives up to its promises!

Just love this harness (both of us) just fit and then just slide it over his head and clip!! He now knows that the harness means a walk and we both get so excited to be able to walk without pulling on his leash!! Thank you so much-you made life so much easier for us. By the way he(Opie) weights 120 lbs. so the pull is crazy-Thanks again!

I advise everyone to avoid doing Business with Grip Harness!!! Terrible company!!! Ripped me off BIG TIME!!! Over a month waiting on order, and not correct. Save your time and money and go with someone else!!! Shirley Gentry

I think possibly this company is not only bad but has the worst customer service ever. They have a great way of making you feel that their defects are your fault. I received my harness on May 31 but didn’t put it on my dog until early June a few days later. The Velcro is deteriorating right in front of my eyes. They were very clear and told me they were being very clear that I should’ve returned it within seven days. The problem didn’t happen until I had it after seven days! And be careful about this big logo on their site that says 60 day 100% return guarantee-oh no! Only if there’s no defect will they consider a guarantee.

This is the worst company ever, make sure you tell your friends and family not to order from them and by the way I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they have an F rating and better business can’t help because there’s no physical address for them. Can’t make this stuff up! Shame on them.

I ordered the gripharnes for my dog and I received it about 2 1/2 weeks later. It was the wrong size and I looked on my receipt and discovered I ordered the wrong size. I contacted Gripharness on the internet and wrote to them saying I accidently ordered the wrong size and if I could exchange it for an x-small. They said they would give it to their review staff. I haven't heard from them. Its been about 1 1/2 weeks!

Unfortunately, I received the grip harness two weeks after ordering and my dog wore it for an hour and it tore. The primary part of the harness tore right in half. The quality must not be very good and they said it is not our problem. Very disappointed.

Scam! Cheap! Missing part. Wrong size. Please read the reviews before purchasing. Money down the drain. Unacceptable!

I order a harness for my dog . You took my money ,,. But I got no no harness . It has been 3 weeks now .. What is the hold up ... Billie Menefee .

I received a DHL tracking number but after a week I called DHL and they told me they didn't have the packages, so I emailed GripHarness. I did get a response saying they mailed it, and surprised, DHL updated their status after a couple of days. I did receive it, but one harness was black instead of blue and it had my other dog's name on his patch. I also ordered a leash but the stitching concerns me, being I have a 70lb hyper husky. I emailed them and they said that there's nothing wrong with the stitching and supposedly I ordered the patches with the same name. I do like the harness because the 2 dogs don't mind having them on, but it doesn't stop pulling on the husky. I really wasn't expecting it to stop pulling since there's no ring on the front. I wish I can post a picture of the leash

I have been trying to find grip harness I don't think there is such a place ! My dog has gotten sick and is dying I know longer need the leash but I can't find them to cancel the order ! My heart is breaking over my dog and to have to deal with this is to much !!
