Customer service is beyond rubbish!!!! I ordered last Monday (22 September) with same day delivery, i was very happy at first...when i packed the ordered items away i realised there are lot of substitutes which we don't like. I wrote to the customer service that i wasn't informed about these substitutes taking away my chance to declined them and asked them how they plan to solve this issue. At first they apologised and they asked me when is appropriate to come and pick these items up (what a chipskate step). Ok, as i don't want those items i wrote the times suitable for us. On Wednesday 24th September they wrote they will be in touch with me about the collection in 24-48 hours....since then i haven't heard from them. Those shitty products will expire end of this week. I wrote them on Friday (which is 48 hours) asking what this time frame means to them as they didn't contacted me yet and the time is up...its Monday (a week later!!!) today and still no answer. I'm furious. It's disgusting. I payed for something that i won't consume. I could have give this money to someone in need if i wanted to instead of this greedy cheapskate company.

Does not allow enough time to order online before a delivery slot booking expires and it can happen after payment is tendered. As happened to me, after paypal payment was approved Iceland said the order was not approved because the delivery slot had expired. I then chose a new slot, approved payment again and lo and behold I was charged twice for the same order.

We had a £300 delivery (23rd September) as we only shop every other month and fill our freezer. Our deliver was great, lovely driver. After we took the bags to our kitchen we started to put our shopping away. The frozen food was in great condition. Unfortunately the fresh fruit was rotten ! How anyone could put it in a basket with out seeing the condition of it amazes me! 4 pots of green seadless grapes dated: 2 x25th 26th and 27th September. 1 pot was totally squashed as it had tins on top of it. The other 3 were brown and rotten. After ringing up and complaining I was asked to send photo of the grapes which I did straight away. I received a phone call asking for a Mr someone" I didn't know. They couldn't even get our name right! I said hello and the lady hung up. I have heard nothing else from them. I have today received a 60p refund for 4 packets of grapes which were over £2.00 each! We stopped buying our bread from Iceland as it was always stale when it arrived. But this is disgusting ! My £300 will now be spent at a different shop as Iceland customer service and quality of fresh fruit is none existant!

Thanks iceland Hyde. Delivery due 7am to 9am today. No show. My account says its been delivered. Rang customer care, they said he tried delivery at 7.56am and I wasn't at home. I've been sat in the kitchen watching the gate and checked cctv no delivery attempt. NOTHING. Customer care rang 4 times, they tried to 3 times and emailed manager, 4th time they tried the manager no answer. I've made over 75 calls no answer. Customer care have told me not to call again. I have NO food. Everywhere else is booked up. I've had major surgery and I'm not well hence the delivery. NO ONE IS GETTING BACK TO, I NEED FOOD TODAY AND ICELAND AREN'T BOTHERED OR WANT TO HELP.

I was going to buy some lamb chops and it had a sticker on it for £10and the man said my coworker told me that you were going to put it on the lamb chops and said I was going to buy it and they said you’re banned I said for what for putting it on I said I didn’t and then they hit me

placed online order half the offers were different priced and as many people sayed before buy one or buy 2 get one free you dont get fre item and the fresh food well what can i say the dates disgusting next day date on some of my items well clear to say the bin got a good food got a months shopping would have been better shopping elses where n which that is exactly what i will be doing from now on total waste of money no more iceland shopping for me

Iceland never deliver on their deals, if it says buy 1 get 1 free or buy 2 get 1 free, they never send the free item, only what you actually pay for , disappointmented really,

Iceland Hucknall so shit never answer the phone how are u even ment to get hold of them never order from there store half of it only got 1 or 2 days date on it when u get ur items

I ordered a same day delivery.it was due between 7-9pm that night.it never turned up so I called this morning and was told there was an issue with the van and it will be delivered today instead.finally got drlivered and half my shopping was missing.i called again and explained the situation.the lady didn't seem to care and told me I would get a refund.no apology or anything.will not be shopping there again.poor service all round.

I visited my local Iceland today,it was pensioner day,I asked at the check-out if I will get my discount as per usual,the check out woman said Idon't know yet,everyone keeps asking me that',I always like to be sure,she was quite rude,and then I asked could she check to see if the cheese does come up half price,to which she replied,I ain't scanned it yet,like I was putting her out,she certainly needs some training in people skills,and if I were a mystery shopper I would mark her a 1 out of 10,some people just don't know how to speak nicely and politely to customers.

They didn’t have all the tonic water so they refunded two bottles which cost £2.50 but they refunded£1.38.i feel robbed

Absolutely shocking service yet again from Iceland Huddersfield.
Shopping was 3 HOURS late and when it finally turned up, half of it was missing. Not the first time either – this seems to be the norm with them. How can a company get something as simple as delivering groceries so consistently wrong? Unreliable, frustrating and a total waste of time.

If you value your sanity (and actually want the food you pay for), avoid at all costs.

I am 73 years old and this is the first review I have ever made. Iceland southern fried chicken ribs. I thought it was named because of the shape, was I mistaken. In each one was a piece of bone and what I took to be skin and sinew.
It seemed to me the only thing edible was the southern fried coating. The lot went in the bin.

I placed an order from Iceland and received poor service as the driver was rude, dropped our shopping off halfway down the road at the wrong house, then when we called him back he shoved the bags into my partner’s arms and walked off. The shopping had missing items, and when I complained I was given an online voucher which they then stated I cannot use now as they don’t deliver in my area anymore. This is not how you treat customers and I am very upset and disappointed that I have not had any resolution to this even up to now. Iceland needs to be providing a better service than this!!.

i just get fed up now of all the food i am throwing away because of short very short shelf sell buy date 16/08/25 Saturday I HAD A SHOPPING ORDER DELIVERED I BOUGHT CHICKEN DRUM STICKS COOKED I AM A PENIONER LIVE BY MYSELF SO WHEN MY SHOPPING ARRIVED I UNPACKED IT ALL TO PUT AWAY I HAD SIX BOXES OF ICESCREAM MAGNUMS THEY WERE BATTERD BOXES WHERE ALL THE CHOCOLATE HAD BROKEN AND THE ICESCREAM MELTING BACK TO THE DATE OF THE CHICHEN SHELF AND SELL BUY WAS 18/08/25 SO THERE YOU GO I CANNOT EAT ALL THAT CHICKEN IN ONE DAY SO IN THE BIN IT WILL GO XX THEY ARE ANOTHER COMANY THAT DONT RESPONED

I went into the Iceland store today in Gillingham I know that my shopping should’ve come to around £8.50 because I calculated it on the way to the till when I got to the till the lady said to me that’s £11 and something I said wow!! Yes she was waiting for the money… then she said oh sorry I’ve charged you twice with the chicken breast… if I’ve never noticed that mistake she would’ve taken the £11.00 something for sure !! CHECK YOUR CHANGE AND CHECK HOW MUCH IT COMES TO !!!

I’ve kept the receipt just in case Iceland need to see the proof !!!

I have been buying beef steak mince meat and have noticed that the mince turns into a paste once cooked. This can not possibly be mince steak as it does not resemble nor taste how it used to. This has made my family sick abd my dog wouldn't even look at it. I dont know we are being sold but it's definitely not mince meat that I know. The chicken fillets are also low quality and shrink to a 3rd of the size once cooked. Im surprised as iv not had or noticed these issues before 2025

We came back from holiday and needed to get a food shop in as there was nothing in the house.
Managed to book the last slot on the day 7pm - 9pm
It got to 9:30 and it still hasn’t arrived. So I waited a little long.
10pm and still nothing.
No communication. No message. No tracking.
It got to 11pm and I gave up waiting and went to bed.
Called in the morning and they couldn’t get hold of the right person.
Food shop then arrived around lunch time. I asked them why it didn’t come last night and the driver said a guy just left 10 deliveries on the van and went home.

After making a complaint they offered a£5 voucher but I could only use it if I signed up to a bonus card.

Wouldn’t even bother with Iceland going forward. Unreliable and they couldn’t care about their customers.

After a doctors appointment I felt unwell and hoped to get some nice comfort food from Iceland/Deliveroo.

After searching for food I felt would cheer me up Iceland rejected my order Thanks Iceland I am going back to Tescos.

Iceland Derby. Sent the wrong items and refuse to answer the phone on the number provided. This is the second time this has happened with this particular item.
