This was the second time I made a purchase from them. There customer service is terrible. They have excuses, and do not supply you with any tracking information and are quick to charge your debit card, and very slow on getting you the product that you paid for in good faith. Currently I have received one reply after several emails and just more excuses and said the product is on the way but nothing else. Don't walk away from the website, RUN! Terrible customer service, and not worth all the problems that arise from making a purchase from groceryeshop Order was placed on June 26th, debit card charged and NO PRODUCT HAS ARRIVE AS OF TODAY. July 10th, Emails un-answered. NEVER EVER AGAIN.

Felt ripped off. What I ordered from the description was not what I received. I ordered a case of 12 MRE meals. I only received one meal. The price for that one meal was outrageous!

The wording on the site is very deceptive!

Upon looking up online reviews for this site was shown a summary that overall reviews for this site are negative. I wish I looked at the reviews before purchasing as they have numerous complaints and issues with orders so I am not alone.

I was very disappointed!

Avoid this place. Total rip-off and I might be out of over $129! They sent an email that my order shipped but provided no tracking NOR shipper, and of course, I haven't received anything. Their number with the BBB is disconnected, they don't answer the number published on their ordering website. They don't reply to emails. I'm disputing my charges with Affirm and hope Affirm gives me a refund. I've issued a complaint with the BBB, although this business isn't affiliated with them. Avoid the headaches. The reviews are true.

Ordered a 12 pk of green tea for $19 and never received it.

If I could give zero stars I would. I tried to place an order and my card got declined twice for no reason. I then tried to call the company. Their customer service phone number is disconnected. So there are two red flags. I then sent them an email asking for a phone number to speak with a human. They avoided that subject so red flag number 3. After reading other reviews, I will NEVER try this site again. Not did I walk away from them, I ran and won't look back. I am posting this review to keep others from trusting this site.

0 stars. Ordered garlic and jars arrived hot with popped lids and 1 leaking profusely. Have tried numerous times to reach customer service with no replies. Phone # on website is disconnected. Is this reputable and any place you’d shop at? Definitely won’t use them ever again. Absolutely awful experience and zero customer support.

Placed an order and never received an email confirmation like it said I would. Called the number and it don't exist. Sent an email and haven't heard back. Just an overall scam. Stay away from this supposed company.

I ordered 2 jars of 365 Whole Foods Market Almond Butter, the same brand we were buying from Amazon, but no longer available!

Within a day, received an email saying order was shipped. After a couple more days, email states order was delivered! However, no product was delivered (we have cameras on the house).

Sent several emails over 3 days that were ignored. Finally received a email from Tom apologizing that my order hadn’t shipped due to “a quality control issue” and that they were issuing a refund! This is after I was told my order was delivered!

They do not make or package this product, so I’m not sure what the “quality control issue was “ I just really hate being lied to!

Now, I wait to see if the return comes through!

BEWARE this company is a total scam! Go to the BBB for Houston, TX and see the complaints filed. I received 1/4 of my order. When attempting to get the order corrected NO REPLY on my numerous text, BOGUS phone number, BOGUS chat on website. I would NEVER buy from this company!

Zero customer service when needed.

Don't waste your time and money with this company. Items showed up in a timely manner. But most were damaged and unusable, even though they appeared to be packed properly.it appeared to me that the damage had happened prior to packing. Contacted them and it took a week for them to respond, and then no response until I contacted my credit card company. By then it was too late for them.

Invalid tracking number provided. Many emails back and forth and they only responded with auto reply that stated it shipped to me already. Had to pursue dispute on the credit card charge to try to get a refund.

I’d give the a zero if I could.wish I looked at online reviews before. Bought two packs of pistachios for around 17 each which is what Costco charges for a 20oz bag. I got 5oz bag instead.they were delivered by Amazon at a cost of 10 which is 7!les than what grocery shop charged my credit card. There is zero customer service.

DO NOT USE. SCAM!! They are lying about quantities. I went to buy the advertised 12 bars/box of pure protein bars on sale for $11.10 per box (would be great price) but at checkout they swap it to a 4 bars/box. I'm thinking it is intentional and is done to many grocery products!

If I could give negative stars I would!!! Ordered 4 bottles of olive oil got 2. Sent photos and reply was we will issue a partial refund. Never happened. Emailed again and they said the order was complete. It wasn't. Now, 5 emails into it they are now just ignoring me. Fu*k'em, I'll never buy from them again and hope you never do either.

Received the wrong items. Reached out to customer service several times with no reply. The customer service phone number has a weird auto message that makes no sense. The online chat claims to say representatives are online and ready to help but as soon as you enter the reason why you need help there is a message that says there aren't any agents available.

I placed an order and never received it or was provided a tracking number. Customer support does not respond through chat or email and phone number is fake. Total scam - wasted money on an order I doubt I'll ever see.
