BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!! If i could of given them less than one star i would, they are thieves! The 3.0 is a terrible shaver, i needed to buy an even cheaper shaver, that is brilliant, but this shaver is terrible, doesnt shave close. But that is not the real problem, the problem is that i keep unsubscribing to this company, but they keep taking money out of my bank. I have emailed them and recieced a reply, but they still continue to take money out of my bank, even though i have told them i dont use it. My next action will need to be legal action, dont go near them

The shaver looks nice good battery life

Sites a joke ordered what I wanted and all was ok then They start sending me extra items and taking money out of my account AVIOD. Which I didn’t subscribe to or no I had as not made clear

Very good item cuts well charges quickly easy to hold

This company is amazing. I bought this razor for my other half. He was sceptical at first. But he loves it. Recently we have had a few issues with the razor breaking. The customer service team was right on it. Sorting out a new razor. My other half said he will not go anywhere else for his razor ever again. Thank you groom we will probably be life long customers. I will upload a new picture soon
A*** all the way

Product started to make a funny noise after a few months of use. Sounded like the motor had a problem. Customer service offered me a discount on purchasing a new one but wouldn't replace the product I had lost confidence in. Needless to say I won't be spending any more money with them.

Checked the address for this company on Google Street View, this address is for Kostia art studio, been on the Kostia site they are definitely at 60 Rue François 1er 75008 Paris.

I’d heard a lot about these shavers, so decided to purchase one. The shaver gives an excellent shave, it has a selection of easy to change tools, and a base charging point. I would highly recommend this shaver, 5*

I purchased this item on the 8th of December as a Christmas gift. The item actually arrived on the 30th of December, when I contacted customer service to chase my order, they did nothing but repeatedly lie about where this item was in transit, and further tried to insist that a delivery had taken place on the 27th of December, listing it as a failed delivery.

The item is of very poor quality and was listed as £99.00 reduced to £39.99, what a load of rubbish, cheap and nasty. Please don’t bother wasting your money. I have reported them to trading standards and my bank. And will be listing my review anywhere in order to warn potential customers.

Great product used a couple of times, so far so good.

Wife bought me the 3:0 for xmas. Shaved ok until I put the nasal trimmer in. It got stuck/jammed. Can’t get it out. Now on 6th email exchange with crappy customer service. Latest is they asked me to send another video showing me physically trying to remove the nasal piece. Garbage.

I ordered a men’s grooming kit for my husband (didn’t even know there was a women’s version) they sent me the women’s one by accident and told me the only difference between the two kits was clipper guards, so want to charge me an extra £7 shipping costs.
I ended up returning item for a refund.

The Trim Pod is so convenient. It gives a close shave all over your body. Groomhere customer service is excellent, they email me back to answer a question very quickly, they sent me a replacement pod immediately. I can’t fault them in any way. Great product for women and men.

Brilliant site with plenty of choice for men and women. Nice little shaver with good accessories. Customers services are great got in touch with a query and got an answer within 24hrs . Definitely recommend with great prices and quick deliveries.

I bought the Groom razor to shave my leg as getting them waxed was two painful I’m glad I bought it’s excellent piece of kit now don’t need to go anywhere again I just love it well done Geoom
