Excellent product, easy to use, easy to clean. Provides a perfect shaved head to a depth equivalent to one day growth after a wet shave. I use it every 2-3 days, so convenient takes just a minute or two, much better than messing with shaving foam and razor. I have always been against electric shavers but after a recommendation from my son I bought this and I am delighted with it. Highly recommend this product

Initially very angry as it took a month for it to be delivered (ordered 4th december)! BUT it never arrived! Communication with groom was quick and very helpful. Turns out it was yodel messed up groom chased the delivery company and turns out they delivered to a competitor random address. I had to send groom a picture of my front door to prove this. Groom sent a replacement that arrived today. Not grooms fault but yodel delivery. Product is good

Ive had the Trimpod for just over a year and my only complaint was that cleaning wasn't awkward having to open each blade individually.
But the new magnetic head is a game changer for cleaning and the change to floating individual heads makes it a much smoother making it the best shaver I've owned.

This is the greatest products on the market. I am so glad I found it. Works like a charm. We cruise a lot, and I will not be without it. I use it on my legs and my face and not bumps.

Bought this for my husband, he loves it, really good for removing hair and so easy to use.

Ordered on 15th, still not left warehouse. I contacted them and was told there's been delays due to demand and they will upgrade to express delivery, but still not been sent. I'm guessing they just another fake company passing off cheap rubbish from China and waiting for supplies to be delivered. Do not buy

Ordered the TrimPod 2.0 as a Christmas present with an expected delivery date of 22nd Dec paying for Express Shipping. After putting the order through I received an email which stated shipping would take 4-8 business days so I replied back asking why when I've paid for express shipping which states 2 business days. They then sent an apology saying my order got delayed and they would refund the £4.99 shipping fee and send it by express shipping for free which didn't make any sense given I'd only ordered a day before anyway. They have now sent me a Royal Mail tracking number that doesn't exist and when you track it on Groom Here website it comes up with China Post which also doesn't recognise the number. My children are so disappointed as this was their dads present but it's not looking like it's ever going to get here, never mind by Christmas Day!

Quite simply. Trimpod 3.0 does what it says on the Tim. From one very apprehensive person who was sceptical about shaving his nads, try it guys. Awesome.

Ordered 6 weeks ago as a Christmas gift but will not arrive in time. Disappointed customer!

Still waiting on my order, supposedly been with courier since 12th December. My biggest gripe with these companies is that you can’t just speak to someone to follow up on expected delivery, the only option is to request a follow up which no one actions. Either keep track on deliveries if they’re showing as with courier company for 7 days and no expected delivery date or use an alternative courier company. I’d like to be able to review the product however without it being here and no way of contacting anyone to cancel or chase for an eta, it’s quite frustrating.

Be careful while dealing with this company you automatically get a subscription signing up to their blades or hygiene plan without even realising if you need to return the item they want £7 for you to do i and I’ve asked them to cancel the subscription three times over email and I’ve been completely ignored .Definitely would not order from them again on this basis .

Ordered 2 of these. 1 arrived. The other has supposedly been sent to yodel, who say they haven't recieved it 2 weeks later. Will be doing a chargeback. Avoid.

Update.. had a message off a neighbour saying it was delivered this morning. Almost 3 weeks after ordering. Im away on my Christmas break now, so it isn't any good for me.

Really is a great shave for electric. Battery lasts for ages and useful display keeps you posted on charge
I get a little discomfort afterwards, but a drop of moisturiser soon solves that

Tracking information given for delivery didn't exist, never received item. No reply from company. Clearly a scam. Thankfully paid using PayPal who issued me a full refund. Judging by the reviews, looks like I had a lucky escape

When I first saw the trim pod I was sceptical
To say the least as I shave head and face everyday but
now can’t recommend this product enough battery life is great easy to clean easy to store and very easy to use
And great results wet or dry

Great piece of kit for the price whatever you shave it’s got you covered for male or female use , it is wireless but it really does a very quick recharge , by far! More useful than my old one .
I even recommended the purchase of one of these to my son- in law only last night .

The attachments don't work.ive contacted customer service this after the first day of getting the trim pod 3.0 still waiting for reply after 3 days. Don't buy from this company and didn't realise was French company.

Do NOT use this company. I placed an order at the beginning of November for some replacement blades. It is now December 12th and I STILL haven't received anything. They are refusing to give a full refund and I have had to buy a whole new shaving kit from one of their competitors. An absolute joke of a service and their customer service is one of the slowest I have ever encountered in my entire life. They are con artists. I repeat, do NOT use this company for anything. They deserve to go into liquidation. I am raising a formal complaint and will be seeking compensation. They have essentially taken my money and run. I wouldn't mind if they were amazing but their shavers are crap anyway. Pathetic service, useless customer service.

Dont waste your money. Cheap and not a close shave. Mine broke after 3 weeks wont charge and customer service failing to acknowledge my videos and reply back. Not a cheap item for it to break and no response. Very unhappy.
