as much as i would love to change my opinion about my experience with groovywish, i just cannot. i was given an 80% refund after going back and forth with them for over a month, and it took that push i had to pursue, to agree that my refund could not be contingent upon me leaving a good review or removing it completely. i'm keeping my promise and have realized that they lied to me, and there was no reason they would guarantee the material of their products not to disintegrate upon human touch. their email responses were always pretty prompt and polite, which would add a star if the refund transaction had not been a negotiation over a period of weeks. the company isn't new enough to deny refunds - they've been around for some time (according to their other company names), and their materials are overpriced and poorly factory manufactured.

I should have researched Trustpilot first. I was fooled by all the positive reviews of these boots on their website. Absolute garbage and a total waste of my $46. I purchased a half size larger (6.5) and I can even get my foot in them. Thin, cheap plastic. Not leather. Don't bother. Returning will be a waste of time. Don't expect a refund from this company and the return shipping is not worth it. Beware. If their merchandise and pricing seems to be good to be true, it's NOT!

You cannot leave 0 stars or I would; these are Chinese pieces of crap; poor quality, the worst shoes I have ever had on my feet to stand all day! They are not orthopedic, they lie. They lie about everything g including the fact that they have “stores” in the USA. DO NOT BUY IF YOU VALUE YOUR FEET AND HARD EARNED MONEY. And you cannot return if not satisfied don’t even think about it!

Groovy wish return/refund policy is restrictive and mocks the term "customer service". Products are only available by mail. If they don't fit and you wish to exchange/return them the policy is that you must send them to the point of manufacture (Vietnam). The cost of shipping easily outweighs the cost of the shoes. This is no different than buying clothing made in Asia, buying them from a store in the U.S. and being asked to return the goods to Asia for a refund. We do not recommend doing business with this company. Buyer beware

horrible quality, runs way too small. I have to PAY to RETURN TO VIETNAM... OMG. Hope they go out of business. I have orthofeet shoes and these are NOT.

I ordered leather boots, size 8.5. I found the area around the toes to be too tight. I emailed re: returns and was told I could not return them but they'd give me a discount if I bought another pair of shoes. I refused, so am stuck with the boots. They had an insole that, if removed, would allow the boots to fit better but they are still a bit tight. The "leather" tops are thin. I don't believe this is an orthopedic shoe company as advertised.

False advertising! The shoes I ordered were supposed to be leather, but they are stinky vinyl. The shoes are also very tight. These are not wearable shoes. A total rip off !

Sandals (orange) ordered on 5/30 for $ 39.98.
Arrived on 6/12 after multiple emails by the Company to apologize for delay. Sender on the package was: no Company only CELL: 5215 Boyle Ave, Vernon CA (no postal code.) Building at this address is CIRRO (google maps) Sandals were the wrong color and the workmanship was shoddy - stitches wrinkling the plastic. Communicated this per email to Groovywish.com. Response: "Photos can depend on Iphone and Professional lighting"
I wanted to return them. 'We do not refund and if you want to return then you have to send to our facility in Vietnam' . I threatened to contest charge. Response:
1. 'You can return the shoes to Vietnam, but the international shipping will be expensive.' When I pointed out that the shoes came from California, I received the most confusing email stating that the Company uses the Post Office, this Shipping Company and then another Shipping Company, and if I sent the shoes back to the Vernon Address, they would not receive them.
2. You keep the Shoes and we can credit 15% of the purchase price.
After complaining and threatening to contest with VISA,
they were 'trying to convince their billing department to refund 30% of the purchase price"
I contested the charge with VISA today, 6/17 and received an immediate, permanent credit on my account.

I did not receive an email confirming my purchase for many days after. The shoes took a very long time to be delivered, the return policy is ridiculously restrictive, and the shoes are low quality and poorly fitting. I should have done my research and didn’t. Definitely would stay away from this company!

It took over 2 weeks for my sandals to arrive. What looked like nice leather in the photos was cheap vinyl and didn't fit the contours of the foot. The other pair was tight on one foot and sloppy loose on the other. Very poor workmanship. Dollar Tree has better quality, which doesn't say much. Return/ refund policy is a joke. PLEASE BE WISE...do not deal with Groovywish.

I sized up from an 8 to a 9. The right choice! The soles are extremely comfortable… no arch support but extremely comfortable. However, they are too wide for my feet! My feet are narrow, so the ankle strap sticks out quite a bit. I sent pics. Explained my reasoning… the offer: send back item and I pay shipping or keep the shoes and they will refund for 15% of $36.00.

I will never buy again without trying on shoes from a shoe store.

Absolutely the cheapest material available. They’re “nothing” like the picture. Took forever to receive. Extremely disappointed. Waiting for an RA# so I can return them immediately. Don’t waste your money or time.

I gave it a one star only cause if you don’t you can’t make a review. I am so mad at myself for not checking the reviews. When i ordered my sandals it had a USA address. The reply I got it says I have to make the return to Vietnam. I don’t recommend this site at all. These shoes are not ortho shoes. Please do not make any purchases. I will see what PayPal and my Chase credit card can do.

BUYER BEWARE! VERY poor quality shoes. Mine took forever to arrive as well. I ordered a size 7, but the sandals that arrived were a size 6, because apparently they have a unique sizing chart of their own. Since the company is based in Asia, it takes forever to get your order; the shipping for a return exceeds the value of the shoes; and their customer service doesn't speak English well enough to resolve your problem.

I'm angry at myself for falling for this scam. I paid 39.98 for sandals which LOOKED just like the ones Taos had. Exactly. I thought maybe it was a Taos overflow. Ha ha. No, they are the most disgusting extremely cheap plastic and they came crammed together and wrinkled like a dead spider.
Also it took a month to get here. Beyond awful!
So they offered me 50% back and a 30% coupon for more merchandise if I remove my review. I said no and they countered with 100% if I took down my review. No. It stays

They claim to be an orthopedic shoe after a month waiting for delivery from China that was a total lie these are horrible stews do not support the feet at all save your money spend it on good shoes

Sandals arrived in good condition and look great so far so good will order again from this company,

The sneakers are a must try! Your feet feel great. Well supported and you do not feel the shock of payment nor ground hardness when walking. The orthopedic insert supports the arch or in my case flat feet. I use to get a burning feeling when I would walk but this has not been the case with the Groovywish shoe. Give it a try. I believe you will like the sneakers.
