Fantastic communication when the item I bought wasn’t in stock. Got it off to me the day they received it which was only a day later than originally promised. Would highly recommend them.

First time using this company
First time using this company, tins arrived damaged, the box was covered in paint so overall not best experience. I don't feel it fair to comment on dispatch times as it's bank holiday.

Hi James, thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We're really sorry to hear your order arrived in that condition. That's certainly not the experience we want for any of our customers.
This is the first time we've been made aware of an issue with your delivery, and we always encourage our customers to get in touch with us directly if anything goes wrong so we can resolve it quickly. That said, we'll be in touch shortly to address this and correct the situation regarding the damaged tins.
Rest assured, we’ll do our best to ensure this doesn’t happen again. In the future, please reach out to us directly if there’s ever an issue; we’ll always strive to make it right.

Service above Expectations
I really cannot express my sincere gratitude sufficiently to describe the overall service received from the team here.
Above and beyond, considering we spend around £300,000 per annum on material with other suppliers.
Thank-you to Sukita, your service is 1st class
