I asked by email if the jodhpurs were long which they said yes. When I received them they were too short. Returned them with proof of purchase and proof of delivered to this company. Now I have so far 3 different people sending emails for proof of delivery to get my money returned. Will never use this company again.

So slow to despatch order. Placed an order on 29th June. Plenty of time I thought to receive the boots I needed by the 15th July. But no…they were finally delivered to the pick up location on 17th July. So 18 days! I won’t be ordering again.

I ordered 8 days ago - I haven’t received the order yet ! If you are looking for a product fast then avoid GS Eqestrian. It also took 6 days to dispatch the delivery. There is no contact number for them so you have to do everything over a chat function!

My items were a little late to arrive due to a mix up, but once I called GS to chase the delivery they were quick to respond and on the case!

I ordered a long-handled rake but received a completely different product. When I looked at the returns process, it appears I would have to pay £4 to return an item that was sent in error. Customers shouldn’t be expected to pay to return the wrong item. Very disappointed with the experience and won’t be ordering again.

Never received my order as it was delivered elsewhere. No telephone number to speak to customer service - only email.
Refused to issue refund until investigation with Royal Mail - 30 days! Utterly ridiculous. This is not my problem. You having my money is! Do not use this company!

Ordered some Connolly Hide Care - item was despatched and arrived quickly. Order placed Wednesday and delivered Friday. Extremely well packaged, jar was wrapped in plastic and despatched in a box with additional paper to protect it. Happy customer, good experience.
