Really competitive price and a fast easy delivery. I will use them again

Really slow delivery, are asking for feed back on a product I have yet to receive

Products arrived quickly - in line with forecasted date and delivered by Royal Mail. Very competitive price and pleased with what I ordered.
Have ordered from them again.

My exchange was handled quickly but only received one exchange so far has been over a week and nothing yet received. However i have had a email apologising for delay but doesnt help me when i want the headcollar to attach my muzzle to and a fat horse waiting.

Have ordered from GS Equestrian before and never had a problem. The equine gut balancer we purchased on this occasion was a great price. Information re delivery was great and item arrived on time. Follow up contact re returns policy was sent in case it was necessary. Can't fault the service. Would definitely recommend. Thank you

Payment was taken for online order. Item, however was out of stock and despite promise to send by fastest delivery it took 11 days to arrive from date of order. Won't use again despite 5% goodwill offer on next order. Shouldn't take payment if items are out of stock. Not good enough.

As always GS are competitively priced, accurate in their description of products and deliver as promised.

The rugs were really competitively priced and good quality. They were dispatched immediately and arrived next day. Very happy indeed!

Spoke to a very kind, understanding member of staff, who explained batteries included and charging cable. Quick delivery. Quick to charge up and best of all. Clipped my pony for the 1st time in 10 years, with no sedation. Very happy customer

First time purchase and had to return items for an exchange as they didn’t fit.
The return/ exchange policy is fantastic and so easy . Goods were originally purchased, exchanged and received all within a week!

Ordered and paid for express delivery for my order to be delivered via royal mail express delivery only for it to be shipped by EVRi who havent delivered it within the stated time lines and have twice failed to deliver and pushed it back. Awaiting to see how customer deal with my complaint made today and if they compensatme for the fact I still havent got my order that I paid the most expensive delivery for as I needed it ASAP for a completion. not planning to order from them again.

My tack room is slowly becoming g full of items bought from GS.
10/10 ⭐️

The saddle soap arrived quickly. Don't have a horse/saddle, but I do have a tan coloured leather handbag, and it has cleaned it very well.
The package/ carton was large and the soap would have fittted in a padded envelope. But I once had two coffee mugs delivered in a 4ft x2ftx2ft cardboard box. So I guess par for the course.

Delivery was brilliant ! Got it the same week which was perfect as it’s a grazing muzzle and really needed it.
Item was excellent too !

Sadly I can’t rate the product only the delivery time. Order placed 11 days ago & the confirmation email did allow between 7 & 8 days however because it’s a UK based company I did expect it before that. It’s still a no show, it may arrive, it may not, either way it certainly not a reliable company with regards to online shopping. Off to the local shop next time
