We had to pay a little more than we thought but this is because of the higher risk. Such a straight forward easy sign-up for any worried parents.

Very helpful discussion and very quick and simple to arrange cover. This product needs more intense marketing! Too many guarantors sign up to joint and several liability without understanding the heavy financial risk.

In reality the need for the insurance is only driven by the one sided landlord deal. The buying process was easy and the cost compared to the possible loss is good. As with all insurance hopefully won’t need to use it.

Having felt very uneasy about signing form for my daughters university accommodation I called to enquire what your business did.

Obviously as with any insurance, until a claim happens you can not fully say how good an insurer is so the five stars is given for the experience to date.

Straight-forward application process and clear policy cover: great product

The application form for the insurance was clear and straightforward. One issue was that when googling Guarantor Insure you seem to automatically end up with the policy page with no link to the application form - it was necessary to remove all the sub-links to get back to the home page.

Very responsive & informative company. Offers good value, comprehensive and straight-forward insurance cover if you are having to act as a guarantor under a tenancy agreement.

Good to see this product on the market.
