NECS Group Reviews

We needed urgent velux replacements on two windows and Dylan and his team were amazing, and so speedy! Gave us a super quote, fitted them in half a day, and they look phenomenal.
Would highly recommend!

I would like to say thank you to Dylan and his team . Dylan came out gave a price explaining how everything would be done how much it would be . The work wasn’t due to be done for three weeks but they managed to fit it in earlier because of the leak. On day of fitting came prepared with all of the protective covering were so clean and tidy, they were amazing. Two lovely new Velux windows replaced old leaking ones. No mess . Great guys very professional. Would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

Had two velux windows replaced from this fabulous local company. From first contact with Dylan, to the end results, very professional and quick communication. Workmen were efficient and went above and beyond... product fantastic and very reasonably priced.

Everything was good.

Would certainly recommend them.

From the start to receiving my order Dyland could not have been more helpful and patient with me as feel I messed him around a little. Such service as I received was second to none and I really recommend this company, especially for such a small order . Well done all.

Courteous and efficient service in fitting our Velux window solar powered blinds. A great benefit in the very sunny weather we’ve been experiencing.

The company provided a very competitive quote for our new Guardian roof. The works were started on the agreed date and completed on time to a high standard. We received the Guarantee and the all important Building Regulations Certificate promptly. It was refreshing to deal with a company who did exactly what they said they would do. Excellent customer service!

We had a large velux window fitted into our bedroom and it is amazing! It makes the room so much lighter and brings sunshine into a once dark attic room. The 2 fitters were brilliant and completed the work to a high standard and all the mess was tidied up like they were never there. The work didn't take too long either and they turned up on time
Communication with Dylan was excellent from start to finish, the whole experience was exactly as I would expect it.
Now we can't wait to get the rest of the room finished so we can move back into it. We would definitely recommend.

They were excellent!!! When we reached out initially, they responded rapidly, answered all my questions, and helped us get our window fixed quickly! If any delays cropped up, we were notified quickly and got timelines so there was no confusion about what was happening and when. Would absolutely go with them again!
