Amazing Quality and Beautiful Jewelry!
I am extremely satisfied with the jewelry I received. The quality is outstanding, and every detail is beautifully crafted. The design looks elegant, stylish, and even better in person than in the photos. You can really see the care and professionalism that went into making it.
The service was also excellent, with great communication and a smooth experience from start to finish. I highly recommend this jewelry to anyone looking for something special and high quality. I will definitely order again!

Hello Leah,
Thank you for your feedback.
We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience. While situations like extended delivery times or material issues can occasionally happen, this is not the standard we aim to provide.
Regarding the tarnishing, this can sometimes occur depending on external factors such as exposure to moisture, perfumes, or skin chemistry, however, this should not happen so quickly, and we understand your concern.
We would really appreciate the opportunity to make this right for you. Please reach out to us directly so we can review your case and offer a suitable solution.

No information about package, long period of waiting, not knowing it will arrive or not …
I am very supportive about this brand but I guess it still has a long way to put everything in order. Dear CEO, start working and don’t just play around. You can do better.

My package was “shipped and delivered”…
My package was “shipped and delivered” to a wrong address. Whole time it never did ship. I don’t know why you guys couldn’t just make it show that it was sold out instead of wasting time, but that definitely questioned my trust in the business. It’s also an integrity thing because showing that something was shipped out when it was never there is questionable.I will say the communication was amazing at first and the offer was great to make up for the trouble. However, it turned into me having to reach out multiple times just to get a reply. I decided the best thing to do was just receive my refund and you guys did that in a timely manner. Good luck on your business and I hope you take this as more constructive criticism than hate.

Little issues that add up to a lot
Doesn’t provide tracking for shipments, didn’t alert me when they ran out of the products that I ordered which caused my customers to be left wondering where their orders are, doesn’t respond with solutions regarding issues
