Since 11/21/2025. They’ve owed me 6 pieces of jewelry or my money back. They literally have held my money and my order and have refused to make it right. I’ve asked for my items and my money back. Does anyone know how to locate this company so I can send some type of legal authority to their doorstep?? I’m in USA and I’m pretty sure they are UK but they owe me

The quality of my chain and bracelet are superb. I orders the 10 mm white gold clustered tennis chain and matching bracelet. Every day I wear them I receive atleast 2 compliments. They are definitely eye grabbers. The cut is very clean and they sparkle like you couldn't imagine.

Ordered over a month ago, and have been getting the run around about my products, they claim to hand set every stone, I ordered another Pendant from a company 3 days after I placed the order here and it gets to me tomorrow from China 118G moissanite pendant and this company takes,over a month for a chain and bracelet, will be contacting my bank for a refund and contacting BBB

I have been following Adamans for a few years and finally decided to take the chance to purchase. My items arrived in 2 days and my wife could not be happier. The items have weight to them and do not look and feel cheap. I will definitely buy again.

Great product great packaging with all the proper certification. I had to return my item twice one because I ordered an 9inch tennis bracelet for my wife that ended too big then I all ordered a 6 inch that was too small. The size discrepancy was all on my end due to miscalculating the size that I needed which ended up being a 7 inch even though it was a hassle due to my miscalculation , Adamans. customer service was great, and I not only judge companies on when things go perfect but how do they handle when things are imperfectin at Adamans handle my knee and the situation with care and integrity and first off the product was amazing. I do believe moissanite is a stone of the now and future and I will be ordering more from Adamans. Thank you.

Posted quickly. The bracelet didn’t fit but organising a return and exchange was really easy. They were helpful and responded quickly through their instagram account. The jewellery is really nice, heavy and well made.

The chains look great, the one downside I will say is that I didn't get any paperwork for any of the three chains I bought. Which is quite disappointing as the website states you get paperwork with each order. Otherwise they look good, but as I don't know the base metals it's a bit disappointing. The delivery was fairly quick so no complaints there.

I’ve been waiting over 4 months for the same order. They keep giving me the same responses over and over saying “ What you ordered is temporarily out of stock, and we're expecting them to be back in stock within 10–15 days.” I just want my refund I bought jewelry elsewhere and got it back within the same week. They really need to be shut down immediately for scamming customers out of their money. I’m not the only one reporting orders not being received. Either give people the product or give them their money back. It shouldn’t take half of a year for one item.

Got exactly what I expected.

I've bought gold pieces from Imperium, GLD & Jaxxon. I'm not sure why these products seem to fade so quickly or easily, could be the price point.
One thing that I can tell about Adamans, is that their collection is a better quality overall comparatively to those mentioned. The weight feels nice and the shine is brilliant. 5/5

Ordered buy 1 get 2 moissanite in 925. After a couple days got fake cz pieces and phony gra certs for 5mm moissanite when they sent me 4mm cz pieces. Contacted them on this as I was not supposed to receive a placeholder and they informed me that they would have to make my moissanite pieces that were supposedly in stock, and the process would take 4-6 weeks. Here we are 6 weeks later and still no eta just more automated we are busy emails or offers for more cz pieces. Had to get my bank to force them to refund the order. Just go somewhere else and save yourselves the headache. They sell this stuff dirt cheap because they don't actually plan on making it.
