I don't even want to give them a star. Their products are phoney and not worth a DIME! They turn your skin GREEN! DON'T WAISTE YOUR TIME!. Sad part is I have bought "gold plated jewelry and they don't tarnish like these products!

I have made three purchases from this company and I have no complaints. Each order was for three separate items and two chain and bracelet sets. The stones hit beautifully in the sun and on the dance floor. I have worn the jewelry for days at a time and still no tarnish or fading . You have to clean the items eventually just like all jewelry. I have two beautiful crosses and a praying hands pendant that is unique and great attention to detail when creating it. Also I have two sets of cuban iced chain and bracelet in 12.5mm and 13 mm they are my favorites by far and I see why the quality and the craftsmanship are superior for the Price.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Adamans. I placed an order on May 15, 2026, and my order showed Next-Day Delivery / 1–2 days. As of now, I still have not received a shipping confirmation, tracking number, or any real update on my order.

I reached out to customer support and received what appears to be an automated AI response that did not answer anything specific about my order. I also tried calling the listed phone number, but it appears to be disconnected, which is very concerning.

After looking further, I see that many other customers have complained about similar issues — delayed orders, poor communication, and feeling ignored after payment. Unfortunately, I now feel like I am experiencing the same thing. I have not received a clear answer from a human representative, and it feels like I am being ghosted after spending my money.

I previously ordered from this company and received my item quickly, which is why I trusted them again. But this time has been completely different. The lack of communication, no working phone support, and no tracking update after advertising fast delivery is unacceptable.

At this point, I need Adamans to either provide a real shipping update with tracking or issue a refund. I would strongly advise future customers to be cautious and document everything before ordering.

I got my pieces extremely fast and they are even better than modeled on the website

I got the micro tennis bracelet and unfortunately it keeps flipping no matter how I wear it. I tried adjusting it multiple ways and it still flips constantly, which makes it difficult to enjoy.

Customer service was polite and friendly, but the return/exchange process for U.S. customers feels unnecessarily complicated. There’s a 15% restocking fee, no return label is provided, and they require the item to be rewrapped carefully for approval before accepting the return. Overall, it didn’t feel like a very customer-friendly process.

The stones themselves are pretty and sparkly, but the silver feels lightweight and overly shiny in person, which makes the piece feel cheaper than expected.

Overall, it photographs better than it feels in real life.

The jewelry is always on point 🔥 diamond tester prooffff I tried it on my diamond tester from HB and it hits was delivered promptly and is just like the videos.

Ordered from you guys not long ago. And it’s been 3 working days which is the ACTUAL time that you have to ship and get it delivered to me. However it’s gone back and forth between me and them and it’s not getting anywhere. Item was also not in stock but is on the website, so i contacted them again to find out that it’s just a review email to let them know how they done when not trying to help me out.
Will not be buying with these guys again.
Refund will be coming back to me.

Horrible customer service and incorrect products

My order was made march 15th as and for a birthday gift that was April 4th.. the latest I expected it to possibly come was a week after and I was willing to wait the additional days if in case it didn’t come before his birthday. Now it’s April 28th and the item has still not arrived it’s taken over 8 weeks to send me any details on tracking or why the process has taken so long in addition when reaching out to support all the attempted response was to send me redundant automated emails telling me the same excuses “my item is being hand crafted sorry for the delay” with no explanation or update to the actual purchase I would be cautious when purchasing from this company and they should have a little more respect for people’s time and money spent! Im sure it didn’t take 8 weeks for the money to be taken from my account so I’m really unsure to why it would take over 2 months to create the pendant. I’ve placed other orders or customs after and received them in a reasonable time frame. In addition I purchased a moissanite tennis bracelet that I received in a separate order that since then has already broken from the diamond to the connecting clasp as if it was cheap material I’m unsure to why it would break in that fashion as i haven’t tugged or forcefully made any movements to break the item.

value for money came in very nicely packaged with moissanite gra cert for authentication. cannot believe the quality for $450 that got me bracelet ring & a tennis chain. Unreal. thank you adamans

Don’t no buy from them!!
Order moissanite pieces, received cz, when confronted about it. I was told that these are placeholders while my chains are being made. I was originally quoted two months for the order but now it has been over six months. They won’t issue a refund. I only get the same email saying to be patient. It will be on the way soon.

SCAMMERS…. It is illegal what they are intentionally doing. Imagine how many people have purchased from them and still don’t know they are being sent cheap cz stones that’s costing them peanuts to buy from Chinese suppliers and Adamans are charging everyone an arm and leg. I’m in the same boat as everyone else here. Spent over £400 for 3 items deal expecting moisanites and my heart shattered after I read the reviews from other customers. I emailed them straight away before they processed my order to refund me as I didn’t want it anymore unless they would send me what I payed for. And guess what… just like every one else I got the same old bs saying my jewellery will be ready in 4-6 weeks well it’s been 4-6 weeks now and they’re just messing about not responding back to my emails and when they do just talking rubbish and stalling me. I just want my money back. I feel deflated I haven’t worn the shitty jewellery they sent me once I’m embarrassed to put that on you can get better quality from pound land. How are they still allowed to trade. Serious question… Can’t we all make a forum and file some kind law suit and sue them for this ??

Poor customer service you send a email asking for a return refund they ask you what’s wrong after you explain what’s the issue they completely ignore you completely terrible service company brand period STAY AWAY!!!!

Bought a bracelet and a chain. One of the diamonds were missing from the bracelet. They sent out a new one so I then had 2. However the new one pinged itself of my wrist without me knowing so it was then lost. I then reverted to using the initial one I had which had a diamond missing and that pinged itself off too! Looks good but must be very cheaply made. Do not recommend.

Scam. I purchased the moissanite mystery box subscription, every piece was white gold cubic zirconia. When I emailed them, I was told they send out cubic zirconia due to the high demands and that my moissanite items would be shipped in 4-6 weeks. I asked for a refund, and was told to basically hang tight because my moissanite pieces were already set to come. Nope. Don’t do it.

I used the buy 1 and get 2 free and I received my 3 pieces that are cz and plated copper and not moissanite and silver with GRA certificates. I diamond tested the pieces and they failed. I emailed customer service and they told me not all moissanite passes the diamond tester. I emailed back and told them that they say all Adamans moissanite passes the diamond tester. I received an email back now saying that the items I received was a place holder and my order should be done in 3 weeks. 3 weeks is today and nothing . I emailed them last night and received another message saying my order is top priority. I really hope I receive my jewelry but I don't have a good feeling. 3/25/26-4/17/26 I want to believe in Adamans. This is my genuine experience.
If and when I receive my jewelry I will re-review.

They Sent me White Gold with Cubic Zirconia. I am super disappointed in them. I thought reviews were fluff but they were real about this company. No transparency, nobody wants to wait 4-6 weeks for their jewelry piece when it stated on their website that is in stock when you order. I asked them multiple times process a return and they are keep walking around the conversation saying they are going to expedite. That's it. My first impression is destroyed. I do not want to do anything with this brand. I am going on all social media to expose them. I am done waiting.
