Great job with my order and everything looks great.

The outstanding customer service is cause to order from this company. An ordered item was lost by the post office, but your customer service replaced it immediately.

Ordered their blade club by mistake and repeated attempts to cancel are unsuccessful. Their customer service is not responding and their phone number recording directs you to customer support which is not responding.

Item ordered looked exactly like in website ad. It looked like a mini flashlight and it was good quality. I put the rechargeable batteries in just to see what their power level was. Then I pressed the button and I couldn't believe how visible and bright the green laser was. Then I tried shining it out the window towards my yard. For the brief test the green light was very visible in bright sunlight. Great company to do business with, reliable and if needed their customer support is excellent. This item was exactly as described, came with a charger for the batteries and was a very good value.

I write reviews on some things I buy, especially things like this. Also I read reviews & that helps when I buy stuff. So ghis is real person's review. I like it. It comes with Liberty for All across the handle. Heavy, good quality for the price what the promo was. Comes in a Trump box but nothing with Trump on the knife.
So it's worth it to me. Probably won't use it but it's nice! Hope this helps!

Got my two black widows and my mini joker and I love these! They are so handy and I carry at least the mini joker with me everywhere.

I placed an order on 4/23/26 for a Mini Goliath, Black Widow, and a Joker Blade. I received my order on 5/26/26.
I work in a hardware store and thought these would be great knives for opening boxes with the ease of opening and closing them. When I received them, I thought they were durable enough. Sadly, I was wrong. They are so dull, they don’t even cut paper. I used the small one for three days opening boxes, and then the engagement broke on 6/8/26. The blade simply floated around, it would not engage. I then started reaching out to Customer Support. To date, I have not heard anything back, just their generic message that they will send a detailed message within 72 hours. I then tried the middle sized one and it broke the first day, same issue as the small one. On 6/18 I sent a request to send them all back. Again, to date, nothing. Customer Service is pathetic. I have reached out many times since – nothing…
I even sent a message to a Mr. Christopher Thomas (Manager) and Ms. Emily Smith (Customer Care Supervisor), at least via the BBB. Still – no responses. So, these may not be the right people, but regardless, I will no longer be doing any business with Gunner-Gear. When you call their Customer Care phone number, it tells you to send an email, like I have done, many times above. You cannot leave a message on their phone… A vicious cycle...
Be careful when you order and read the fine print !!!
If I could leave a "zero", I would have.

Shady, shady business. Their product might or might not work and suddenly you're getting charged for 3 subscriptions a month apart from each other. It seems that buying anything from them signs you up into recurring payments that you don't know about because they intentionally put that in the fine print. It's crap, it's a scam, stay away.

I had an item that was missing from my order, I contacted GG via email and Emily responded ASAP with a remedy - problem solved in less than 24 hours! LOL! Thanks, Emily and thanks GG for being a great company!!!

The product is as advertised. And i’m very satisfied with the all the items I ordered. The only problem I might have is the delivery time. However gunnergear is fantastic with the email correspondence and very prompt to answer. I’m sure to order again.

I first became aware of this company through the National Rifle Association. It is pretty rare that anyone they allow to advertise has anything but the best.

I cancelled my subscription. Shipping is EXTREMELY slow. Seems like advertise products for sale that they do not have.

I have purchased several of their bestselling knives and they were all shipped lightning fast and are all great quality knives...I just received my Diamond Back and it's a real beauty! I couldn't be happier )

Great thing too, they are very easy to speak with if you need to get in touch; Emily is always kind and considerate and always gets back to you with answers

Received another Black Widow, what knife! I have a couple of these and intend to give this one as a gift to some worthy outdoorsman. Treat yourself to one. You won't be disappointed. Or, for everyday carry you might consider the little Mini Joker. It's always there for me to handle the little cutting issues that arise during an average day. It's my blade of choice!

Placed an order in January and it arrived in March. Was not happy about that, however, the products showed up and they work as advertised so three people were extremely happy when they arrived and I was able to get them to them. The Blue Force Lasers work as advertised. Nice to finally have a company send something that works as described. Would order from them again.

I was looking at the underarm holster at 70% off and as I was looking for a price I ended up pushing the wrong button and ordered it for $35. When I saw it I was terribly disappointed and called to return it. They said return shipping would be my problem per their policy. I live in Arizona, it came from California, and they wanted me to send it back to Florida at a UPS cost of $17 for a refund of $35. I later saw it on my "Chinese" web site for $4.35. Are you kidding me? What a senior patriot rip-off.
