Fantastic customer service - great communication
After damaging the lance on my Stihl SG71 spray gun I looked around and found Gusthartswas by far the cheapest. After ordering the order was processed and placed on Shopify where I could track the order. Unfortunately Royal Mail delayed the shipment and after contacting Daniel by email he was very apologetic on behalf of RM and offered to send out another via DPD. Thankful RM delivered and as a goodwill gesture Daniel refunded the postage charge which was very kind.
Great communication and a great service.
Would definitely recommend to others!

Great Platform
Hi, I'm from Singapore and I have been buying loads of gears from Gustharts.
Prices and shipping are affordable compared to other "cut-throat" platforms.
As long as what I'm looking for is available in Gustharts I will buy from them.
Thank you, Gustharts for being available.
Just remember to fix the bug on your app please.

Across the pond purchase
As a first time customer I have been very pleased with the communication and prompt responses. Being in the States and having obvious time zone differences has had no impact on communication. I have not received the item yet as it’s over the Atlantic somewhere. Lol
