Great customer service and quick shipping!

Every time I try to move forward with a purchase I get an ad for some unasked-for item. It is very annoying and often confusing makes buying anything more difficult.

Easy ordering and checkout. Full display of user manual, etc. before purchase. Had American Standard water heater before, glad to see still available.

I had to call about a special order item. Customer Service person was very helpful, reached out to the manufacturer to get the info I needed. A+ for service.

I order Amoroso Club Rolls from the Webstaurant Store since I can no longer get them locally in western PA. I am not a commercial business but I can still order these rolls as an individual and they arrive a few days later. You have to order 10 bags and shipping is $16.50 but I love these rolls and they keep well in the freezer.

I like the company and the shipping and prices. But the $99 a month membership is a bit much for a small company like mine.

Searched local retail sources. “Unusual size” NOT stocked and required shipping. Did deep dive on the web and found webstaurantstore. “Boom”— there was the item I wanted! Filled the necessary, standard address and payment method— 3 minutes later, it’s headed my way! Simple— straight to the point.
WELL DONE!

The shipping price was never shown tell the transaction was done. Pretty shady way to disguise a good price on their product tell they have your card info. Would warn others if the price is too good .Beware

Excellent service, and my squirrels LOVE the peanuts (I have a lot of "mamas" to feed this year!). My only complaint is that some of the recent shipments have a LARGE percentage of empty hulls. What's up with that?

I ordered one box of beef tallow and the delivery being a PLUS member is 42 dollars (cheapest ) just for adding one more box of tallow the delivery jumped up to 84 dollars and when I called no one could say why or help me lower that ;it’s a RIPOFF! This will most likely be the last time we do business!

When you open the box, there will be a box inside that box that is completely dirty smashed half a time the glasses is broken half of the pieces are not picked right or there wrong parts that don’t go with it or just not there altogether
