Damaged Goods and Broken Promises

I placed an order with Restuarant Supply on February 2, 2026, ordering 3 refrigerators. All three refrigerators arrived damaged and one was significantly damaged, with a large gash on the side of the machine (in the front) and a scratch across the glass. Aesthetically for a market, the machine is unusable and I asked for a return. They offered a credit or to file a freight claim. I asked them to file a freight claim. They were very responsive and I thougth the issue was going to be resolved. They also agreed to send replacement parts for the other two damaged units.

I placed a second order for another cooler because I still had a contract to fulfill and could not wait for the freight claim to be processed. Unfortunately, that unit also arrived damaged. I opened up another claim for that order and was offered a $300 credit for the damage. This unit was damaged in the back of the unit so I was able to have it repaired and re-painted and put into service.

A month went by and I followed up on the first order and I was asked if I received the parts and I did not.

I received the parts a few weeks later. I followed up on the freight claim and it was as if I was talking to an entirely different company. What freight claim? Then they claimed they offered a $300 credit--although that was for a different order.

Now two months have gone by and I have a damaged refrigerator in my garage and I'm paying principal and interest payments on a usless piece of metal and broken promises.

Quick response and great prices

Because I was ordering a freezer for our food pantry and being a tax exempt organization, I had to contact the company and was able to get a quick and satisfactory response. Got a great price for the freezer.

Terrible company, I've ordered a display case on dec 7, arrived broken dec 23, now it's jan 26 and I'm still waiting for my money back, stay away from this shady company

Amazing customer service even after I…

Amazing customer service even after I ordered the wrong thing then replaced it with the wrong thing they helped me get the right thing with no issue or hassle even started the refund process for the difference I paid for the wrong item I picked.

The best customer service I've experienced in a long time. I'd leave myself a note to contact them and before I had the chance, they reached out to me. This happened throughout the return process. Very proactive. Both the initial delivery, the return pickup and the second delivery arrived prior to the scheduled date. I highly recommend Restaurant Supply.
This is my first review. I normally dont write reviews but the service was so good I felt compelled to write one.

They claim to have 90 day returns...

They claim to have 90 day returns. When you click the link on their website to the return policy, you get a 504 error so who knows. Between the sales rep and their finance co, they ordered and shipped the wrong equipment. We refused delivery because it was not what we ordered. Company has yet to return the money to the finance company. Several attempts to contact them to rectify the situation have gone unanswered.

Order 2 high chairs for my restaurant…

Order 2 high chairs for my restaurant and took over a month to get delivered. The order never came but they sent an email as if it was delivered I tried cancelling the order after the expected date passed and they first said they couldn’t until de item arrives. Now after a month I called again and they will refunded but it will take another 3 weeks to get my money back. Very bad experience with them. Not ordering anything again from them!

Had to return an order not yet filled due to change of plans and Silver on chat was very efficient and helpful.

I had tried several times to call in but the wait was extremely long. Silver took care of it immediately on chat - terrific.
