Great response to a query regarding stock returned and replaced. Such a quick response with the refund/replacement that I forgot it had been delivered! The way the staff member (Daniel) dealt with my issue was fantastic, I will definitely use this company again.

Gustharts go above and beyond ! The staff are extremely helpful and provide a great service. I ordered online and my parcel arrived ahead of schedule one happy Customer.

I have been using Gustarts for the last year after becoming self employed. A friend put me onto them and I have purchased around £2,300 worth of Stihl gardening equipment from them. I’ve been served by the same person every time Callum Nicholson. Yet I would have no qualms in being served by any of the other staff. Callum’s Knowledge of the Stihl range is fantastic and this assisted in purchasing what suited my business needs. I wouldn’t normally bother with reviews as they’re a constant stream of junk mail, but Gustarts have always gone above and beyond since I started using them. I actually mentioned this all to Callum today and said I’d have spoken to his manager if they were available to tell them how much of a help he has been. Don’t feel intimidated going into the store surrounded by machinery you may never have used or are reluctant to use. The staff will keep you straight. Cheers

Website doesn't tell you when items are not in stock. I ordered a lawnmower but the next day I received an email saying that it wasn't actually in stock. I also ordered a battery and charger which were supposed to be sent separately, but they were sent with the lawnmower. Courier delivered the package to my neighbour's house and left it the end of their driveway exposed to the elements and on the tracking page the driver claimed I had taken receipt of it. The tracking info showed a photo of the box dumped on its end on the driveway. The box was very large and heavy and as it was about to start raining I had to haul it some distance to my garage with it precariously balanced on a wheelbarrow. I complained to Gustharts and they replied with an apology but I had hoped they would offer a small goodwill gesture for trouble it caused me but they didn't. Nearly giving myself a hernia lifting the box saved the goods from water damage or even write off. Should have just let it get wet and let them to sort it out.

I needed to purchase some braces for my Stihl chainsaw trousers as they kept riding down. Googled and came across Gusharts which were offering genuine Stihl braces at a competitive price. Purchased them and within a few days they were delivered. Great service and prompt delivery - thank you.
