Scam. Advertised a free delivery sale - selected express, was supposed to arrive the next day, max 2. Still waiting a week later.

They sent me an email saying “dispatched” but the AusPost tracking number is just for a label, and is showing “pending” (also known as “not scanned into the system by the sender yet”) - they obviously do this to con people into thinking it’s actually been sent.

Buy the shipping labels, link them, but never send them. Will prob be waiting months for these guys to get me the shorts through some dodgy supply chain via China, if I ever get them at all.

Gave them a crack against my better judgment after reading these reviews, cause the shorts look great, but looks like I should’ve listened to my more rational side instead.

My experience has been nothing short of fantastic with Gymroos! They quality of the products is incredible and no one seems to dispute that, but I’ve been very impressed with the costumer service team. Yes it took a while to fulfill and ship the order to me in the UK, and unfortunately there was an error with the order. The Gymroos team were so accommodating, apologized and sent the missing item as well as letting me keep the item they sent by mistake which is a vest that’s great quality and fit! Honestly could not be more positive about them. Everyone makes mistakes but they were responsive, offered the best possible solution and kept me updated along the way. 5 stars well deserved

Ordered at the start of August and have done nothing about my order. Emailed multiple times and no response.
Spent nearly $200, very disappointed

Sent half my order, won't respond to any emails and are now trying to keep my money months later after disputing it with the bank. Will be taking this further.

Stay away from this company.

Made an order on the 23 June with advertised 2–5 business day tracked shipping. Order arrived over five weeks later with no tracking updates. One shirt was substituted without being contacted. Customer service eventually responded and offered a refund only if I returned the substituted item.

Made an order of 2shorts 2 singlets L on 30/6/26 after being told my order is being processed & will receive in 2-5 business days. After 10 days with no news or goods I emailed gymroos to ask when I will receive my order no reply sent another email 2 days later no reply. Order was sent on 28/7/26 but the problem was it was not mine I received x3 pairs of XL shorts have tried to contact again by email but they just ignore arrogance is bliss to them. Very unprofessional cannot run a business properly there a rort.

I made my order before checking reviews and when I did I was vey hesitant and worried about keeping my order, but I’m glad I did. Confirmation on my order was fast and postage was also fast which was the part I was worried about cause I’ve read people were waiting for a long time. I ordered on the 13/07 and it arrived today 24/07.

My order came correct and the quality is really great, I’m very happy with my purchase and glad I stuck with it.

Can't give 0 stars but I placed an order last year October and never received any updates. No money refunded and just stopped responding to any emails and just blocked me from warning people on there social media profiles. If you've been scammed by them let me know as I've reported them to Australian consumers and currently working with th along with others complaints bulding a case.

Terrible, terrible service. They take your money with a promise of a quick delivery, then sit on it for a week before they ship the product. Emails are answered with the rudest one liners you can imagine! Do NOT recommend. Things can go wrong, but being polite to the customer and taking accountability… none of it.

Ordered two pairs of shorts at the beginning of April, took them 3 weeks to give me tracking details and we’re now over 6 weeks later and they’re not here

Communication has been horrible, most of my emails have been ignored, they sent me tracking confirmation of delivery for an entirely different order and tracking details and asked me to take it up with the delivery company

Please avoid at all costs

Delivered 2 business days after order. Sizes were perfect and quality is great.

I ordered a pair of shorts 2 months ago that were advertised as on sale paid and received a confirmation email, I have tried to contact them via email on 3 occasion’s with no replay and still no shorts. I have been buying of this company for years and yes sometimes clothing has been on pre order and taken about 4 weeks to receive but lately orders are taking months and communication is horrible. I don’t see this company lasting much longer as more and more customers are loosing confidence in them. gymroos if you read these comments if you communicate and be honest with your customers they will understand, if you take there money and ignore them they won’t come back.

Disgusting company! They will have promo but they never ship the items as promised.
Take time to issue the refund! Please update real time your inventory levels when you have the promo. If I can leave zero star, I will
