This is a scam don’t buy from this company.
I ordered the 65 serving wheat protein powder as mentioned on the website with the picture but they sent me a 25 serving small bottle. I sent an email a week ago about returning and haven’t received any reply yet then I emailed them again still no reply.

Order arrived in couple of days not that bad, but I ordered protein size 2.35kg and I receive instead 1.81kg smaller size. Is they would advertise correctly the size I would be not mad, but this is scam to get orders. I send them a question via email, I didn’t get any response. I would not order again from them.

I placed an order after searching the best price on some protein - not only was my purchase cheaper and free delivery, my items were very well packaged and I had some lovely freebies to try. I shall be back

This company was recommended to me by my PT. I messaged them and placed my order this morning and I had my supplements delivered by the time I had finished work today.

Great value for premium products and excellent customer service, he even threw in a free shaker and a few preworkout sachets for me.

Been shopping with gym supplements for years & they’ve never let me down. My go-to store. All the members at my local gym use them.

Placed an order and after no tracking or update or any delivery I contacted them via email, tbf they responded pretty quickly and gave me the reason as my order had been kissed placed during moving location. Due to one of the items then out of stock they issued a refund but stated they would still end the one product ( I have email proof of this) and sled what flavour I required…. I thanked them for there solution and gave my choice. Now over ANOTHER week has passed, no delivery and no replies to any emails asking if the order has been processed. I have used this company a few times with faultless service and now 2 deliveries failed and no response to my contact….. why offer a replacement and fail to send it. Looks like il be using a different company in future…. Very poor showing

Delivery is a week late so far with no updates. Gymsupplements use the 'shop' app for updates / delivery info, which is essentially an up-sale site. Terrible in the circumstances. Time for a refund it seems. I may change the score if it arrives but for now, it may be a refund through the banks if GS doesn't reply. Buyer Beware.!

I place my order on 31st October '25 and to this day I still haven't received my order.... emailed serval times BUT no reply.
Guessing I'm never going to see or here from them any time soon....

Absolutely shocking customer service. I placed the order in September. I never received my order and despite requesting a refund numerous times, I have not received this or even a response. Stay well away from this SCAM site!!!

Awful service – avoid at all costs!

I decided to try this new supplement provider as their prices were slightly cheaper – I spent over £150 on my regular supplements and saved about £45. They promised 2-day delivery, but nothing ever arrived.

I’ve contacted them several times with no response, and they’ve completely ignored my refund request too. Absolutely shocking customer service. I’ll never use this company again – I’m sat here now more than 8 weeks past my delivery date still with no products or no replies to emails… save yourself the hassle and avoid them altogether.

I would strongly advise against doing business with this company. Their customer service is extremely poor, with no effective means of contact - emails are ignored, and the phone number is inactive. Furthermore, the tracking number provided was fake, adding to the overall sense of deception and unreliability.

I placed an order over a month ago. Never recieved the items. No replies to my emails. The company's contact number doesn't work. I've raised a dispute with Clearpay about stopping my payments. Its been 10 days and still no reply from merchant, and Clearpay won't cancel the upcoming payments. Overall worst experience. Avoid at all costs.

I ordered some protein powder about a month ago and it’s no where to be seen !! It says it’s been shipped but no other updates I’m really annoyed and disappointed!!!
I have emailed many times and have got no where.

Ordered quite a few things over the years from here without issue, but my most recent order placed at the beginning of August still hasn't arrived. Keep getting fobbed off when I ring the company. They just keep ignoring the calls now and text me saying they're looking into it. I just want a refund now. Not sure what has happened here reading other reviews? I've never had a problem up until now.
