I chose Gyms World because they seemed professional, but it’s been three weeks and my order hasn't even shipped. No update, no tracking number, nothing. For a company that says staying active is 'essential,' they sure are slow at helping people actually get started. If you actually want to achieve your fitness goals this year, shop somewhere else that actually ships their products.

I would give them no stars if I could. I had to ring PayPal to get my money back as they took my payment then said the order was cancelled. Don’t use them!

Beware of these companies. They run 3 Trustpilot profiles, and all the reviews on their profile are fake

SCAM

Fake website. Company dissolved. No response to attempts to contact.
Thankfully paid by credit card so can claim back money.

Ordered protein powder - payment taken but no product received. Ad and original page has been deleted.

If I could give 0 stars I would. It’s a scam they take your money and don’t send anything. The company went into liquidation years ago and the company number says on gov.uk that’s the company is dissolved. I fell for the scam but I don’t want anyone to fall for it. Avoid at all costs

Scammers, never responded to my emails, text messages, or phone calls. The item never arrived.

Avoid at all costs. Even though the company was dissolved a month ago, they are still taking payments for products that will never be delivered. Luckily, PayPal have me an immediate refund when I reported this.

Went to place an order, put all my details in, but there was nowhere to enter payment details, just an error message telling me 'there are no payment methods available'. Having checked reviews it looks like the company may have closed, but still has an active website. At least they are now making it impossible to pay so no-one should lose any money

Absolute scam!!!. Avoid at all costs. I ordered gym equipment from gymsworld.co.uk after seeing their too-good-to-be-true prices. The order was marked as delivered, but nothing ever arrived. Their customer service is non-existent—emails bounce back and there's no phone number. I had to file a dispute with my bank to get my money back. This site is clearly set up to deceive. Do not trust it.
Company Number: 15423823 is already "Dissolved" at UK company search portal.

If I could rate 0, I would definitely rate it to 0 or under.

Completely a scam!! dont trust all the good comments below, they are all fake. it will never give you anything. They claimed to refund me after I said I would report to PayPal. This company definitely is a ghost. I havent received my refund yet and if they didnt refund to me properly, i will report to Paypal as fraud. By the way, I am going to report fraud web to UK gov.

Updates on 24Jul25:
This store claimed that they would refund me within 3 business days. Today is 4th business days after the claim they had made. Apparently, nothing refunded. This is absolutely a scam. Be aware that they dont even try to give you any update. I have reported to Paypal and also UK gov fraud official. If anyone gets problem with them, report them to Action Fraud (actionfraud.police.uk). Police will be involved. Good luck

After filing the dispute in Paypal, I got my refund as this company didnt reply at all. so i got the refund directly.

Again! DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM

EDITED: I have still not received my order or any response from there online chat or email!! These so called 5 star reviews that have been recently posted are fake!! Over Two weeks I placed my order and have heard nothing!!! Avoid avoid - I wouldn’t believe any of the recent reviews that have been published, I thought I purchased a treadmill, however there has been no response and no reply on chat daily or emails, I have raised a dispute with my CC company to hopefully claim my money back!!! Check out the phone numbers, company number and nothing matches up, even links on there website ie Facebook, leads to nothing..Avoid Avoid!!!

We placed an order in good faith paid for by credit card which has shown up as a PayPal payment ( I don't have a PayPal account) . 48 hours later we received notification that the delivery would be in the next 5-7 days. 24 hours later an email stating that the order had been cancelled and the money would be refunded- no justification or explanation. Yet still we await the refund. They have not responded to texts on their two mobile numbers, live chat, emails nor phone calls- yet ironically as this is public they have asked for more detail. The fact is we have not received any merchandise and they have effectively therefore stolen over £300! with no acknowledgement nor timeline of when we will get our money back.

Absolutely appalling- purchased gym equipment. They canx order with no explanation and have not refunded money. They do not answer, emails, texts or phonecalls. If I have not heard from then within a week I will report to police and trading standards DO NOT USE. SCAMMERS

Now 31st may and not received my order.
Tried chat head to no avail even though it says online. I have emailed them numerous times asking where my order is.. nothing... no response.
