At Gymzey, customer service is our top priority. We are extremely customer orientated and do our best to make it satisfaction.
The review is dishonest - the customer has underpaid for the order with crypto and sent £19 for the order that was £25. The confirmation took some time as it was the weekend and crypto payment is not instant. Because of this small delay the customer didn't want to proceed with the rest of the order, demanding refund:
"I need an answer ASAP otherwise you ll have the worst feedback ever and also i will speak with an solicitor about this,"

Great! I ordered the power tower and it arrived in no time! Very pleased about this! My only complaint was the 4 grips on the bottom legs to support the power tower were misshaped I couldn’t put them on! And the tower itself if now slightly uneven and wobbly.

Had been looking for dumbells for a while but all the prices had been hiked due to high demand, they’re the only website I found where the prices were reasonable and the dumbells are excellent quality, no different from what you would find in a gym.
