Jag was Architecht for my double storey extension project. I had no experience in renovation and extension and Jag helped throughout the process from Idea till execution of the project. He came up with different plan’s based on our requirement with multiple versions of plan. He helped us right from getting planning permission, working with structural engineer, building control and water supplies company to get all necessary approvals & documentation .
He provided valuable inputs throughout the construction phase and helped us in choosing right things for our project.

He is very responsive and answers very promptly . I highly appreciate his professionalism and I am glad to have him throughout the project.

I selected Jag to be my architect for our loft conversion and house renovation.
My initial meeting with Jag showed me he was knowledgable, engaging and an all round great guy! I can confirm that my initial assessment of Jag was absolutely spot on and he did not disappoint through any stage of the project.

Our previous architect quit as he could not work with our area Planning Department, whereas Mr Brard persisted with tenacity and eventually we received Planning permission in an area where it is difficult to obtain approval.

He ensured accurate measurements and produced quality plans and documents for multiple changes to our house property and driveway situated in a Conservation Area with multiple restrictions.
He suggested improvements to our proposed design and accommodated all our requests for changes as the design evolved. He also advised us against proceeding with some of our original plans that would cause us problems in the future.

Most of all, he was very patient and persistent with the Planning Department through a long, protracted process. He managed to negotiate and persuade the Council to accept most of our proposed changes.

We are very grateful to him for all his hard work.

Jag was extremely helpful guiding us through all the steps of the process, provided good drawings and took all of our feedback onboard easily and tweaked exactly how we wanted it. He replied to follow up questions in timely manner and provided very useful step by step guidance of what we needed to do as well as provide recommendations for builders and structural engineers etc. would highly recommend him to anyone looking to to do a loft conversion.

Working with Jag was a fantastic experience. From the moment we first spoke to him via a video call we knew he understood exactly what we were looking for and would add immense value to our home renovation project.
What drew us to Jag from the outset was the way that he listened so carefully and was able to provide us with options that met our brief exactly. He then exceeded expectations by offering additional suggestions and tweaks that added even more to our design. Throughout the entire project, even when we were communicating from abroad and working around different time zones, Jag was always immensely patient and we quickly felt that no question was too small and no change too much to ask. We engaged H-Jag for design services (plannig) of our ground floor extnesion works in Maidenhead, Berkshire. Jag @H-Jag was very helpful, professional and transparent in all his communications and deisgn consultations and drawings works. He visited our property where required to confirm details, options and answer our queries. Jag also helped us with building controls queries and utility providers application which helped us cover all the planning approval aspects of our works. Overall a great service. We understand these are busy times after Covid and causing delays in responding. But then Jag made sure he responded over weekend as well.
