Lovely quality sofa with great manufacturing ethos! Also would like to say how good the two delivery guys were. I thoroughly recommend Habbio to anyone thinking of a new sofa, chair etc.

What a brilliant company. Fantastic service from start to finish. The phone desk called ahead to make sure the delivery could happen on a day when they were delivering other sofas in the area (to save unnecessary journeys) and were courteous and knowledgeable. Malc and Danny who delivered the sofa were excellent. They assembled it in no time and were professional and friendly. As for the sofa itself, itnis perfect. Comfortable, quality made and a great size. Highly recommend this company.

We are really pleased with this sofa. No worries about it getting through the difficult doors. Daniel from Habbio arrived within timeframe and assembled it quickly. Great customer service. Sofa is supportive, very comfortable and well made. We looked at other comparable sofa's but they didn't match this one for comfort and they had no information about the chemicals used in production. Nice to know that the Habbio is made from recycled materials and is fully recyclable at the end of its life. Also good to know the sofa is made by a British company. What's not to like!

We have wanted a Habbio sofa for ages and finally we were in a position to order one (new city, new flat, new flat refurbishment - it's been quite a journey). It arrived yesterday and we are delighted! From showroom visit, to ordering (and what configuration would be best), to delivery date and delivery it's been a pleasant and easy experience with helpful staff all the way. Thank you! And we spent our first TV evening on it last night - it was luxury all the way.

Love our new sofa, it's super comfy and styling is lovely, clean lines but still soft and inviting. Great colour - not too dark, fabric looks like it will wear well and cushions are rotatable. Fab service all round, communication and delivery both excellent, driver was really helpful and knowledgeable about the sofa and the eco-credentials. I would definitely recommend and will buy from Habbio again

Brilliant customer service. Lovely sofa, really comfy. The delivery was perfect, on time and the guys were great despite having to deliver up a spiral staircase. Overall very pleased and would recommend without any hesitation.

We recieved or new chair/bed in great time. The delivery driver Daniel, was so very helpful and kind. He set up the chair in no time and took away our old chair and all the packaging.

The chair itself is so comfortable and clearly great quality. My sister stayed for a few days and said the bed was the best she'd slept on.

Habbio do what they do well. I like that their sofas are well-made and comfortable, that they're made from recycled materials, and that the company re-use their packaging several times. I ordered my second sofa from them and when I placed my order they remembered that I'd had one from them before. Their own driver delivers all over the country, and he remembered us when he delivered. As previously, he assembled the sofa for us and took away the packaging. It does feel like personal service.

I was looking for a sofa that could navigate a narrow stairwell. I'd visited well known major stores and really searched online. Up pops Habbio. I drove from Wales to their showroom in Nottingham. They were so lovely and accommodating. I purchased a medium 3 peice with stool. My purchase was delivered unpacked and set up..my old sofa dismantled and removed. The delivery operatives we really lovely and accommodating. Its been nearly a year no issues or problems. My sofa is well built comfortable sturdy and a pleasure to sit on. Customer services throughout excellent. British manufacturing at its best. My purchase is eco friendly, sustainable, I absolutely love it and in time will purchase further. It was not cheap but worth every penny. I have no complaints. Thank you Habbio

Brilliant customer service, amazing sofa bed! We have a sofa and a sofa bed from Habbio, and they are both very comfortable. The customer service from Habbio is unmatched, too!

I am very impressed with Habbio, not only for their environmental credentials and the excellent quality of our new sofas, but also for their first class customer service. They kept me fully updated with both emails and phone calls and were a pleasure to deal with, including the delivery men, who were professional yet friendly. I absolutely love the look and feel of our sofas.

An enjoyable furniture-buying experience from start to finish. Easy to order online from Habbio’s website followed by telephone confirmation from Sharon giving me a delivery date and time. The two gentlemen who delivered and assembled my furniture arrived on time and were extremely friendly and very efficient. They removed my old furniture and all the new furniture’s packaging and left everywhere tidy. As to the furniture- it is stylish, modern, well-made and extremely comfortable and I have no hesitation in recommending Habbio to anyone who believes in a sustainable and eco-friendly philosophy.

Amazing company and sofa. We have a new born baby, which means that it would be impossible to keep any other sofa clean. It’s so easy to clean. It looks smart and it’s so so so comfortable. I take naps on this sofa when baby naps in her buggy. It’s a small family owned business, the type which would need much more recognition and support!

Excellent sofa. Comfy yet holds its shape. The colour is exactly what we wanted. The velvet is soft and comfy. The green credentials and excellent delivery were a cherry on top. Slight negative that isn’t worth a star is that the velvet is easier to scratch than we thought in the sample.
