WARNING TO CONSUMERS & AIR TRAVELERS:
This company (HACENOR) is engaging in intentional fraudulent advertising regarding their Portable Oxygen Concentrator (Model FYY-01).

1. FAA Compliance Fraud: Their advertisements explicitly claim the product is authorized for aircraft use per 14CFR Part 121 Section 121.574. However, after purchasing, I received a written admission from their customer service that their "FAA certification is still in the application process." They are selling non-compliant medical devices to unsuspecting travelers, putting careers and safety at risk.

2. Hazardous Documentation: The user manual provided is filled with incoherent gibberish (e.g., "machine contract with pesannoli") in critical Safety and Troubleshooting sections. For a medical device, this lack of readable instruction is extremely dangerous.

3. Refusal to Refund: Despite clear evidence of misrepresentation and a history of shipment failures due to missing documentation, the seller has ignored my refund requests and stopped responding to emails.

I have filed a formal complaint with the BBB and am reporting this to the FDA. Do not trust this merchant with your money or your health.

They sell used machines which do not work. We were shipped two machines both of which do not work and they are insisting I pay return shipping for the machines.
Do not buy from this company. Scammers and cheats.

I am a disabled Senior did a return per there instructions and asked several times about my Refund
was told they could not find the unit in there warehouse .
I sent the tracking info says what day and time also handed to someone.
after that no more replies .
I am out $559.00 and no machine either !

First of all this company has the worst customer service people working only through emails there is no us phone number this company has a parent company called Sun Ward Logistics the products that they're selling are not of top grade the machine I received after trying it two days the oxygen completely goes out after 15 minutes with the machine completely charged it is garbage stay away from this company do not deal with them they are a bunch of scammers and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau etc etc

So ordered from this company, think found thru Amazon but not possible to buy there.
So ordered and realized this machine wouldnot work for me.
So I wanted to return and did.
Their return policy is archaic and unjust.
As the client has to pay a $60 restocking fee and the merchant cost of the whole experience and pay for return shipping.
I paid $289 and my refund was $ 192.
At this point, I would never order from this company!
And omg if you forget to send them the tracking number, they don't contact you or even acknowledge your return!
Would suggest they are not really a customer service company but the people who do the processing are very nice...too bad the company policy is not.

I purchased a HACENOR portable oxygen concentrator for my severely ill father, expecting a basic level of professionalism and care. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

Shortly after delivery, my father was admitted into long-term care, and the device was no longer needed. The unit was never opened or used. I contacted the company immediately, followed every return instruction they provided, and returned the item to their designated warehouse.

The return was shipped via UPS and confirmed delivered and signed for at their warehouse on November 19, 2025. Despite this, more than a month passed with no refund and no confirmation.

When I followed up and provided proof of delivery, the response I received was hostile and unprofessional, including denying receipt instead of resolving the issue. This was especially upsetting given the medical context and the fact that I had complied fully with their process.

I did not expect this level of resistance, delay, or lack of empathy from a company selling medical equipment. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to anyone, especially families dealing with serious health situations.

I received the HACENOR 3L/MIN Oxygen Concentrator w/ 2 Batteries - HC-30M in 2wks. Defective on arrival, i was asked to "video" and upload, which I did. Then it was confirmed defective and I was refused a return label and told to return USPS for "tracking number" purpose. It cost me $25.80 to mail back to company from Hanson, MA to California. This was all done by "email" as I could never get ahold of a human by phone. I had to alert my Discover card and dispute! I am still awaiting a REFUND of over $300 back to my Discover card to date!
UPDATE: I tracked return and it was received 12/15/25. I sent an email literally begging for my refund and was told they have a BIG warehouse and my return has yet to be documented so it was still not showing in there system as returned! WHAT?! Like really, what?! Today is 12/17/25, still waiting. Turns out DISCOVER allows them 30 days from my documented dispute with them and I had to literally upload all correspondence to Discover. Cheese n Crackers!! I'm really pissed!

Dishonest company from China with no respect for us laws. Not fda approved, not even what they claim. The return process isn’t even legal and they are rude. Stay away

We bought a mini portable that stopped giving air at 4 months. There is a one-year warranty - supposedly. Customer support finally replied after I messaged on Facebook. I had to ship the unit back and PAY for the shipping. They will 'inspect' it and then I don't know what. I have asked for a refund because I bought a SECOND unit as my mother is o2 dependent. This unit will not power on at ALL. Fully charged but the machine will not turn on to pump air. I've written again and waiting for a response. They ship out of California, but their customer support number looks like it's in China. Great - have asked for a US number with no reply.

Product is useless and does not provide efficient oxygen.

Hacenor is a scam. They do not honor 30 day money back guarantee, and they do NOT honor the 1 year warranty. If you contact customer service, they are beyond rude, and pretty much piss in your face knowing there is no recourse. JUST ANOTHER SCAM FROM CHINESE COMPANIES.

I would rate lower but it's not an option.Good evening, I received this item today and it does not work. I immediately started trying to get someone to help me but nothing still yet it's been over 5 hours. Also I've reached out to this company in email , website chat, Whatsapp and called them to no avail. At this point all I want to do is get my money back from this company and return the defective item, since they can't give me any help after all this time. Enough is enough! I haven't heard anything from them at all and it's been at least 5 hours since I began trying.

Still waiting for a response to an email sent 3 days ago. Unit POC-04 was purchased on 10/8/24 and delivered on 10/14/24. Unit only has 6 hours on it. Went to use it on 5/30/25, and unit was blowing air out from the litre meter (where the little ball determines what litre unit is set at). Plastic that connects the air tubes inside the unit to the litre meter were broken, and litre meter fell out. No luck getting a hold of customer support. COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED!

I ordered this hoping that I could return to work with it. It overheated and the battery lasted 45 minutes. I returned to the warehouse at the address they provided. UPS delivered, it was signed for as well as pictures taken to where it was delivered. Also called the wearhouse and on day one the lady was very helpful. The next day nope no help and she hung up on me. So I emailed the pictures as well as the verification of delivery and who signed for it. They never responded this was email #16 with this company.
So they win. They got the crappy machine back as well as MY MONEY!! Do yourself a favor and do not do any business with these criminals.

I was making an order but then read that the product is not a good fit and cancelled it on the spot.
They charged 5% cancellation fee even before i left the order page.
That is as SCAM as can be...

Product does nothing to improve blood oxygen levels. Returning is impossible and cost prohibitive.

Exactly same experience.
Bought FY001 for my son who has cancer.
Machine didnt even work.
No oxygen being pumped at all.
Shared the videos with them and they accepted machine was faulty.
Then tried to make me send back to 3 differenent adresses 2 in Chine and 1 in US of which none were recognised by shipping companies.
Then said it was at my expense.
Avoid at all costs.
Scam!
Also keep removing my review from their website.

Bought FYY-01 portable oxygen concentrator. This item is pretty useless does nothing for oxygen and should not be called oxygen concentrator. Its specs say 30% Oxygen concentration -/+ 3%, while all other oxygen concentrators like Inogen, etc provide 95% oxygen. If you try to return the product, they make you send it to China making it very cost prohibitive to return.
