The first time my site was hacked I was told about these guys, and I didn't act on it. The hackers had planted malware and it got hacked again. The friend who told me about these guys talked to them on my behalf, they found the malware and I hired them at 9 am on a Wednesday, by 3 PM the same day, they had moved my site to their hosting site, set up the monitoring system and I can sleep better at night now. Our customer's Wordpress website was down, taken offline by the hosting company, due to spam being sent out. This helped to preserve our customer's google ranking, which was super important, but we didn't really know what next steps to take to get the problem fixed. We are primarily a digital marketing team, specializing in making engaging websites for small businesses. We were outmatched. Enter Jim! Jim was friendly, competent, and quick. My site had been hacked and down for several weeks. At first, the hackers had the site redirecting to various advertising pages but by the time I found out about Jim from my web designer, one couldn't even access the site, but he got it up and running in an afternoon.

Thanks to Jim for his incredible work in getting our sites back online in record time. I have been frustrated for at least the past year. Hackers were getting into my site somehow and two different web companies that I work with could not figure it out. They would always seem to fix it short term but they would always get back in. When you're trying to run a business and you're website is constantly down... well, that's just unacceptable.

My site got hacked about 12 days ago, blocking my 20+ students from accessing my online courses, and blocking new clients from booking readings.
