Ordered 10 days ago, no email, no correspondence. Ignoring my follow ups and insta messages and my hen do is next week, such a shame

Terrible customer service! I ordered two sets of embroidered pyjamas for my wedding day almost 6 weeks out. 2 weeks after I ordered the pyjamas I emailed the company enquiring about my order. I was informed that there was a delay and that the order will be delivered by the end of the month. At the end of the month, I had received no delivery update or no email from the company informing me on any other delays.
The end of the month had come and gone, I emailed them again enquiring about the whereabouts of my order, I was informed that it had been shipped and would be arriving within a week. This was loads of time before the wedding, 2 weeks out so it was a relief. Days before the wedding, I had heard nothing, no delivery details, no shipping update, no update from the company. Nothing. So I emailed again, I was then informed that it would be delivered the week after the wedding. If there was a delay or a problem with the order, I would expect a company to let the customer know well in advance rather than the customer following up multiple times and being misled. The products are not cheap so I expected better updates from the company. Extremely disappointed as I was really looking forward to wearing these during the wedding morning pictures.

The full transaction was smooth from start to finish and the packaging was excellent. The red pyjamas were beautiful and the quality of the material is luxurious. My friends were very impressed with their gift and they are going to be purchasing them for their family members to.

Having to raise dispute with my back for a refund of an item which is absolutely not as described (the manager admitted this to me on an email). Their response is to BLOCK me on instagram!!! Laughable unprofessional company!!!!

Pjs are amazing quality, can’t wait to wear them on my wedding morning while I’m getting ready! Customer service great too, I stupidly put my current initials for personalisation and emailed quickly to change to my married initials and the change was carried out with no issues at all! Will absolutely be ordering again soon!

Ordered some personalised pyjamas back in February which have never arrived. Emailed company a few times however they stopped replying. Eventually had to contact my bank to raise a dispute to allow me to get my money back. Give this company a wide berth!

lovely hat i had with my friends initial.. she loved mine so much i had to get her 1.. really pleased with the service as wanted white initial & it was done for me !!

Did not arrive in time. So unable to gift the present to the bride
