Lovely product & well presented. Quick & efficient service.

Really disappointing experience. Quality of the pyjamas is poor for the price - basically paying an extortionate amount to get primark quality pjs embroidered and posted to you. I added a pyjama box to my order which wasn’t sent out with the pyjamas, despite being on the order confirmation. When I queried it I was told the box wasn’t send to me “because I hadn’t paid for it” - I’m still confused by this as I’d added it to my basket and paid the amount I was asked to at checkout, and don’t see what else I could have done differently. Long story short, a very unhelpful Vanessa spent a few days arguing with me about this saying I needed to retrospectively pay for it in order for it to be sent out. More effort than it’s worth and very poor customer service - find a different independent business to give your business to - one that values its customers and their business.

Beautiful pyjamas. I bought 5 pairs as Christmas gifts .

I can only vouch for customer service . After placing order I immediately realised my parcel had defaulted to my previous address. No idea why this happens very occasionally . I immediately sent HA Designs an email and I used online Contact form to tell them of this giving my correct address. A followed this up on 4 separate occasions emailing them . I then tried through Instagram but this failed . In short 6 emails /messages went unanswered . When I did get an email it was to tell me my parcel had left and they hadn’t changed address . Meaning birthday present for my friend will now not be delivered on time . I sent final email saying how upset I was that they hadn’t bothered to reply a few hours ago and still not heard from them . I’m sure the pyjamas will be great , when I actually get them …

I am so pleased with my personalised purchase for my best friends birthday. I emailed the customer service team prior to placing my order as there wasn’t an option available on the item shown in the picture i.e the colour etc. I had a quick response from Vanessa Norton who kindly asked me to place and order and email her my order number & the colour I wanted. My item has been delivered today (fast postage) and I couldn’t be happier. The item is as I wanted and it’s great quality!

Faulty slippers … after many emails of them not helping me and I wrote a bad review and I’ve just now received this back as part of the email “, we can see you added a bad review so see no reason as to offer a good will gesture as you have made your views very clear regarding our company”

So now the company are having a paddy that I’ve wrote a bad review. I am not the only customer who’s mentioned their customer service when they have taken your money. Absolutely awful really sad it’s my son’s birthday and I ordered thinking it was a good company clearly not.

Fantastic service

I bought one of the passport holders a few years ago, and it was so lovely! I recently got married so bought a new one with updated Initials and it’s not the same :( the cover is so hard and doesn’t bend at all. I cant fit anything inside without a struggle. I compared it to my previous one and the material is just not the same. It looks lovely but it’s not practical as I can’t use it easily.
