Awful customer service!
Would not buy from this company who gave absolutely no regard for their customers.
I ordered some pjs , which arrived very creased , the fabric was Finney and cheap looking. When I wrote to explain I wasn’t happy, I received a very unhelpful email. It appears once you’ve paid your money to this company they are not interested in resolving problems. After they initially respond with an email that made absolutely no sense, I wrote back and was ignored.
Don’t get me wrong, we have ordered from them many times before and been delighted. However not this time, such a shame they have such a bad attitude if problems do occur . They obviously have no pride or morals… really don’t deserve peoples business or hard earned money!

I’ve been totally put off , would Never deal with them again. I was considering reporting them to trading standards, however, I’ve been really poorly and thought, I bought from them in good faith, I just can’t afford to get stressed and upset.
So , instead the pjs have hit the bin where they belong and i will give H A a wide birth in the future. Not for me thanks!

Great products. Can’t fault the pyjamas; beautiful material, great fit and amazing personalisation, but I just wish that the sizing was linked to a dress size for ease of purchase. More inclusive sizing would be also be helpful.

It took over 29 attempts and I ended up having 2 of the same 2 pictures on there as it just would not work
