I love the backstage clip-In ponytail in Miami which matches my hair perfectly. It’s been out of stock for months, seriously since April and it’s now August at one point I gave in and ordered the longer length as it was showing as in stock but after placing my order and paying for it I received an email to say the website was wrong and it was out of stock!!!

I’ve contacted the company on several occasions and they can’t tell me when it will be back in stock which is unhelpful. It would have been 5 out of 5 for the product itself but customer service and product availability has brought the score right down

Love the backstage clip ins, Miami is the only colour I can find that matches my hair colour perfectly! My only downside is that I wish you did this colour in the real hair options.

I work on a lot of shoots and red carpets. The hair choice clip ins are ideal for adding a little bit of extra glam or I cut them up and use them in my hair ups.

Delivery is really quick and their colour matching service on Whatspp is really efficient!!
