Heel betrouwbaar bedrijf dat snel levert. De producten ruiken super lekker en zijn heel effectief. Sinds ik de curl-routine gebruik zijn mijn krullen veel mooier, ze zijn minder pluizig en mijn haar is glad. Ik ben super tevreden en verander niet meer van merk!

Enrich blonde conditioner niet tevreden
Heb de Enriched blonde shampoo en conditioner enige tijd geleden besteld. Mijn haren lichten wat meer op na gebruik. Alleen vind ik de conditioner niet zo goed zijn werk doen. Mijn haar wordt niet zo zacht en kamt niet gemakkelijk door. Zitten aardig wat klitten in.
Na het gebruik van dit duo, pluist mijn haar best wel. Denk dat ik voortaan enkel de shampoo gebruik voor het oplichten van mijn haar en de conditioner van een ander merk koop.

Our shampoo and conditioner are both slightly different in texture compared to other shampoos and conditioners, and they do not provide the same softness after initial use. This is completely intentional. They are natural and organically certified and therefore do not contain harmful or unwanted chemicals, which can be extremely harmful and drying for hair and scalp, and which are actually found in the vast majority of shampoos and conditioners. These harmful ingredients are, among other things, parabens, phthalates, sulfates and silicone.
Next, it is important that you wash your hair with shampoo twice, to activate the foaming process.
Therefore, a natural and organic shampoo will always seem not so fake emollient at first, as the silicone and other unwanted chemistry do not give this false and short-term emollient feeling. However, your scalp and hair should thank you in the long run.
The products are as they should be, but it takes a bit of getting used to switching to natural, organic hair products free of unwanted chemicals, especially if you are used to the effect of silicone on the hair from previous products.

Moisture hero shampoo en conditioner
Er was wat misgelopen met mijn bestelling. Blijkbaar werd de straatnaam niet op het pakket vermeld, enkel de huisnr. Er werd vrij snel op mijn klacht gereageerd en de producten werden opnieuw verstuurd, weliswaar met bijkomende verzendingskosten voor mijn rekening. Ik gebruik de producten nog te kort om nu al objectief te kunnen beoordelen. Tot hiertoe tevreden. Voor mijn haar zal ik vermoedelijk wel moeten afwisselen met een volumeshampoo.

Slechte producten
Voor mij zijn dit geen juiste producten. Ik heb de Growperfect set gekocht. Mijn haar wordt er helaas niet schoon van. Blijft ontzettend vies voelen. Lijkt voor het oog wel schoon maar wordt ook snel weer vet. Logisch als het niet echt schoon wordt. Meerder wasmethodes geprobeerd, maar werkt niet voor mij. Daarnaast de Grow Perfect Thickening spray gekocht. Kan niet echt zeggen dat het iets doet. Helaas koop ik deze producten niet nogmaals. Hopelijk werkt het voor anderen wel goed.

Tegenvallende producten
Prachtige verpakkingen maar de producten vallen erg tegen.
De Volume Wizard™ Duo Maakt m’n haar slap en heel vet. Bovendien laat de shampoo een gek laagje achter op mn haar wat hard opdroogt - zoals gel - als ik het aan de lucht laat drogen.
Het droogshampoo poeder is heel fijn, parfumloos en goed te gebruiken met mijn gevoelige hoofdhuid. De verpakking is echter een ramp. Er komt bijna niets uit en ik moet na elk pufje schudden om en nog weer een beetje uit te krijgen. Ik ben nu nog niet halverwege het flesje en er komt niets meer uit.
De heat protectant spray plakt, maakt m’n haar nog sneller vet en is moeilijk door heel het haar te verspreiden zonder heel veel te gebruiken.

The reverse washing technique can be particularly beneficial for individuals with finer hair types, as it provides conditioning benefits without weighing down the hair excessively.
Double Shampooing: Another effective technique is the double shampoo, a two-step process for a thorough cleanse. Start by wetting your hair and massaging a small amount of shampoo into the scalp, followed by a rinse. For the second wash, massage the shampoo throughout the entire length of your hair. This additional wash activates the foaming effect of the shampoo, effectively eliminating stubborn residues of accumulated products and oils.
It's crucial to ensure a comprehensive rinse before exiting the shower. Incomplete removal of products may result in a greasy appearance, especially significant when dealing with hard water, which complicates the process of washing away product residues and oils.
In terms of the heat protection spray, then we recommend that you spray the product in your hair a meter from your head so the product will be spread out.

As we have told you on email then the reason there has been no tracking update since May 16 is because the relay point in the International Press Store is overloaded.
Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to change this.
The package is not lost; it just takes time for the relay point to become available again.
We have offered to make a resend of the package, but because the relay point with Mondial Relay is overloaded, then we cannot make sure that the second package will arrive quicker than the first package.

Producten vallen mij tegen
Ik heb de shampoo, mouse en een masker besteld. De verzending en het gemak op de website was geweldig. Helaas doet de shampoo niks voor mijn krullen. Sterker nog, het droogt mijn krullen ontzettend uit. Net als de mousse. Die stinkt ook naar bedorven perzik en plakt zo viezig. Baal er echt van. Het masker heb ik nog niet geprobeerd.

The second wash will activate the foaming effect of the shampoo and remove any stubborn residues of accumulated products and oils in the hair. Rinse the hair thoroughly and finish with conditioner.
Therefore, a natural and organic shampoo will always seem not so fake emollient at first, as the silicone and other unwanted chemistry do not give this false and short-term emollient feeling. However, your scalp and hair should thank you in the long run.
We are sorry to hear that you dont like the curl mousse. We recommend that you dispense the product onto palm and apply to damp hair. Run through damp curls with a wide-tooth comb for even distribution, then shape curls with hands.

Heb volume poeder besteld en ben hier erg blij mee.
Geeft echt meer volume, zonder plakkerig te zijn met neutrale geur.
